GoogleHorton and Garton were excellent, and especially their letting agent Shiyane. I was looking for a new flat for months and had encountered zero-empathy and insincerity from the majority of estate agents I’d dealt with. When I went to the H&G branch in Hammersmith immediately the staff greeted me warmly and Shiyane took me for a viewing of the property that same morning. I knew it was the place I’d been looking for. Shiyane and the team were always super helpful, polite and understanding, on the phone, by email and face to face in the office. She organised the admin, documentation and inventory in quick time and also accommodated my own intense work schedule. The whole process was seamless and Shiyane really gave me the sense that she was going to do her best to make sure I found a flat met my criteria and was very pro-active. I am used to chasing people up but looking back already, Shiyane was in frequent communication and I didn’t need to do much except complete the documents and deposits necessary to secure the property. I highly recommend this estate agents. They are by far the friendliest team I’ve encountered in London, and Shiyane especially is an excellent letting agent who went out of her way to help me secure the property that I wanted. Many thanks Shiyane and team.

Alliyah was really quick with the responses and explained in a very clear manner the whole process for getting the flat rented. I highly recommend Horton and Garton service and specially, Alliyah as the lettings agent. I have been renting flats for the past 10 years and I have dealt with circa 8 different agencies within London, Edinburgh and Norwich and I would recommend Horton and Garton as one of the two best agencies I have dealt by far! 5 out of 5!
