GoogleI would reccomend holden copley in Arnold with out a doubt, from the very beginning they were proffesional not pushy and highly competitive. They kept us updated at all times and were very approachable with issues or concerns, there were 2 people at the branch that stood out for me lottie and emma they looked after us from start to finish, my move wasent straight forward yet they went the extra mile to help and support us in a very stressfull time..... if your thinking of moving then make holden copley arnold your 1st choice .....

GoogleFantastic service from all the staff, nothing was ever too much trouble. We received quick responses to all our queries either by phone or email and they kept us well informed on the progress of our chain. Their fees are extremely competitive especially considering the high level of service. We would highly recommend and would gladly use their services again.

GoogleAwful service unprofessional staff after contacting them Wed 6th to arrange to view a property on Seaton Way Mapperly I was told Friday 7th after 3 then Sat and then Sunday I was sent an email by Ellie and had previously been informed that the vendor was in a chain so not ready to move quickly. I was then informed that the vendor had actually bought a 4 bed house off themselves with cash and that actually she had accepted an offer on Wednesday on her Seaton Way Mapperly property that I had arranged to view. So why waste my time by not informing me an offer had been accepted on Wed 6th ? And why continue to view a property thats accepted an offer. I intend to complain and make enquiries regards all sales that have been made with regards to this property and the one she has bought for cash !

GoogleThey have been patient when solicitors took a very long time. Kept me informed and easy to get hold off. Maybe time for more staff as noticed on some occasions on answer phone message. It certainly doesn't detract that the service was good. I would use them in the future. Many thanks to the team and Emma on progressions.

GoogleVery disappointed as they priced my house too high in order to get my business and then crashed the price on the web sites two weeks later. Promised glossy brochure which they never printed. Office staff not open to receiving feedback and took several phone calls to act on instructions. Some poor vetting of potential buyers.

Googlei found the whole experience of my sale with copley to be quite poor in many areas from over pricing by a large margin and then keep reducing tactics until it as sold" but hey at least this makes sure that they get the job." i had error after error from start to finish in many areas to many to list in the ended up taking an offer well below their valuation as i am sure is the case with many of you out there using this company.. will not be using these again in further developments moving forward..
