Initial visit from first agent was great. I found him very professional and knowledgeable. Great photographer and the photos were great... then my experience changed. Had a different estate agent for every viewing, one was even late, arrived after I had showed the prospective buyers around. They don’t have mobile phones, so you have to go through a switch board to get hold of someone. Most calls get redirected to the Hucknal branch. After voicing my frustration, they tried to rectify the situation and apologised. Who doesn’t have mobile phones in business today? Surely it’s a tool of the trade? Whole process has been very tedious and we don’t feel that we built a relationship with anybody. However, the house is now sold and they also managed to sell our buyers home.....so good commission all round I suppose.

House sold in 1 day....the communication was second to none...from the opening stages with Liberty...who always remembered what was happening in the process and didnt have to be prompted...what a friendly and personal experience, to Emma at the final stages who was quick knowledgeable and so efficient. Sold and brought a house through Holden Copley, they sold our house very quickly, with pictures that were a very good standard with a 3D virtual tour. When wanting to view a property, they got us an early viewing which resulted in us getting the sale of our current home. Georgina emailed us throughally each week with an update and never failed to answer our emails or phone calls when needed. There were some miss communication when it came to getting surveys done for our sale which delayed the process, however she would chase both ourself and the buyer daily try and keep the sale moving forward, including emailing both solicitors for updates.

Decent. When first searching for a house I was not happy with them, they did not call me back when I asked for a viewing and were not easy to contact.
