GoogleHolden and Copley provided a great service from start to finish. From the initial home visit right through to completion. Sheryl was our sales progressor. She was personable from the very start, great at giving reassurance and always went above and beyond. She made the whole process less stressful and always dealt with any query promptly. GoogleWe had an excellent experience with Holden Copley West Bridgford from start to finish. Our property sold incredibly quickly, far exceeding our expectations, and the whole process felt smooth and well managed. Viewings were handled professionally and efficiently, with great communication throughout so we always knew what was happening. The sales progression service was really good. They kept everything moving, regularly updated us, and proactively dealt with any issues, which made the process far less stressful than we anticipated. We felt well supported at every stage and completely confident that our sale (and our purchase as this was also with Holden Copley) was in safe hands. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking to sell their property.

GoogleBUYER : We recently had an offer accepted through Holden Copley, we were dealing directly with Ben at the Long Eaton branch. Ben was solid throughout the negotiation process and we felt that he was quite transparent and supportive considering he's working for the vendor, so I guess that means he's good at his job. I feel we got a fair price in the end. And if I was the seller I would be confident he did his best to get them the best price he could. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again when searching for a new home.

GoogleHolden Copley are the only estate agent worth using if you are selling your house. They are professional, know the market, value your home correctly and list on all the main sites with fantastic photos/ 3D etc. Even in a ‘buyers market’ we sold within a month. They have a fantastic sales progressor- Amy - who I can’t thank enough. We wouldn’t have completed the house sale without her. She is highly efficient and capable- hard to find in the property market these days! Thanks to all at Holden Copley!

GoogleWould not recommend! Called about new property within minutes of property going live on Friday. Requested a viewing, said they would come back and confirm when, heard nothing over the weekend. Called back on the Monday to find offer accepted and it’s no longer available. No communication. Unprofessional and annoying.
