GoogleAwful company. Landlords beware- if you want a letting agent that works for the tenant who wrecks your house then this is the company for you. If you want an agent that works for you as a landlord and you are paying them to ensure your property is looked after then please AVOID. The whole experience with them (which happened slowly, over time) was so stressful that I sold my rental property. Edit: Owner’s response is very telling and not surprising given they tried to make me believe the tenant had not done anything wrong and that it was normal. HC managed my rental property up to 2024 and yes it was definitely HC and I have not posted in error.

GoogleWe are in the midst of a house sale and purchase right now. Holden Copley West Bridgford have been fantastic so far and sold our property much faster than we expected! Having moved from another local agent after 6 months with little progress, Chris from Holden Copley came to value our house and gave us confidence that they liked the property and could market it well. The photographer was fantastic and the marketing was so good that we had 6 viewings in the first week! Mia from the sales team has been wonderful!
