GoogleIve been dealing with Liv over the last few weeks regarding viewing properties, such amazing service, shes very friendly and she couldnt do enough to help . Also Luke who was doing the viewings, lovely young man, again he couldnt do enough for me, answering all my questions, he was very friendly and took time to listen to what i had to say. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for an Estate Agent that cares.

FacebookAssociate director consciously chose to breach trust rendering my relationship with the company as both a seller and buyer, completely untenable. My interests were entirely secondary as demonstrated by their actions. I received assurances they weren’t prepared to uphold, was made promises they weren’t prepared to keep and set expectations they weren’t prepared to follow through. Avoid this estate agent and use one of the many others available.
Thank you for your review. We do feel it’s important to provide some additional context, as your comments do not fully reflect the circumstances of the transaction. You successfully sold your property through HoldenCopley and had an offer accepted on a property which was clearly disclosed as being owned by one of our Associate Directors. At the point your offer was accepted, everything proceeded as agreed. Unfortunately, your related sale then fell through. In this situation, it is standard practice for a seller to relist their property. However, in this case, the Associate Director chose not to do so immediately and instead gave you a two-month grace period to secure a new buyer, during which time the property was not marketed. This was done in good faith to support your position. After this agreed period came to an end, and as previously discussed with you, the property was placed back on the market and viewings were arranged. Following those viewings being conducted, your sale did come back together. However, in that time, a higher offer was received from a buyer who was in a stronger, no-chain position. You were given the opportunity to increase your offer to secure the property, but understandably chose not to proceed. We completely appreciate how stressful and emotional buying and selling a home can be, particularly when a purchase does not come together as hoped. However, we are confident that we acted transparently, fairly, and in line with both industry standards and the discussions held with you throughout. For these reasons, we feel the suggestion that trust was breached or that your interests were not considered is not an accurate reflection of the situation. GoogleAdvise from a seller: I used this agency to sell my house. We agreed on a commission fee,but they informed my solicitor with a different amount. They won't be able to do the viewings, and yes, they have a "great speech" for everything P.S you still owe me £350
Thank you for your review, although we’re sorry to hear you feel this way. To clarify, the commission agreed was our standard rate and was outlined in the signed contract. This same figure was passed to your solicitor as part of the usual sales progression process. With regard to viewings, it was agreed that you would conduct your own on Mondays and Tuesdays. However, we did confirm we were happy to step in and carry these out ourselves whenever you were unavailable due to work commitments. We’re always keen to ensure our clients are satisfied and would be happy to discuss any remaining concerns directly.

GoogleWe have a great story to tell of the service we have received. We have the very sad task of selling our parents home. We initially met with Tom who was honest and very helpful to us. Once we decided to go ahead with Holden Copley the task was handed to initially Genette and then Lauren. Lauren has been full of energy sorting us out and all the home viewings hosted by Joseph and Lucy and Esta always very helpful on the phone. . We had an initial offer after a week. Sadly, that fell through, but immediate effort was made and another offer achieved after only one day. We are now SSTC and I look forward to ongoing attention through the next phase. Thank you all for helping through our sad task.

GoogleHolden Copley at Long Eaton recently marketed our parents property. Their marketing activities were excellent we were kept informed regularly and we achieved a sale. The key differentiator with Holden Copley is the high level of communication, particularly when progressing an agreed sale, via their dedicated sales progressor who kept us informed all the way along the journey.
