While our house purchase didn't go as smoothly as we'd have liked, Melissa Denton and Eleanor Holgate, as well as the rest of the Holden Copley team, were absolutely amazing. They went above and beyond to help us to complete the process! There were many road blocks we came up against, but the Holden Copley team was prepared at every twist and turn, and their communication was second to none. I don't think we'd have completed with any other estate agent! We can't thank Melissa and the team enough for all they've done for us!

GoogleA fantastic experience from start to finish. The whole team at the West Bridgford branch were incredibly helpful and completely professional. It was a very difficult sale as the buyers caused a lot of delays and stress, but everyone in the office supported me throughout. Karen, the sales progressor, was an absolute star and truly had my back the entire way. I could not have asked for better service. I would recommend the entire team and the company without hesitation. 100% percent recommend!. Ashley Childs.

GoogleHolden and copley were great from the very start. One department designing the house advert, then passed to someone who deals with the viewings and then passed to a mediator who helps with the selling. Each person was professional and helpful. Melissa was particular excellent at chasing solicitors to try and help the sale go through as smoothly as it could. A great system and great team work. Thank you

GoogleI would like to thank both Laura and Melissa for seeing through the sale of my mums house from start to finish. Some teething issues with accompanied viewings were resolved quickly once they were brought to Laura's' attention. Chasing up solicitors to see help along the legal aspects of the sale were competently dealt with by Melissa. All in all a good experience. Thank you both once again.

GoogleEvery time we've visited a property listed by Holden Copley, we've been extremely impressed by the professionalism of the agent showing us around. The last one was Harry - super knowledgeable and engaged - in marked contrast to other estate agents who just sit in the kitchen and can't answer any questions! We've just purchased a house that Holden Copley listed, and Liv and Lewis in the back office team have been so helpful - very fast to respond to messages, very clear about where we were in the process, and what needed to happen to move things along. Highly recommended!

I had Melissa as my sales progression and honestly I do not know what I would have done without her! She kept me sane! I had a complicated chain and not the best solicitor (I had to choose elsewhere) but Melissa’s communication is next level and listened and helped me when I needed support (and a rant) Melissa is an absolute credit to the company so thank you so much! I sold my property through the Arnold branch and Lydia supported me through this and again communicated really well and knew exactly what I wanted and helped me achieve this! Thank you both and HoldenCopley I will definitely be back in the future.

GoogleWe booked a number of viewings with Holden Copley, and everyone was very helpful and professional. When we found a house that we were interested in, Ilsadin dealt with our offers and was fantastic. As first time buyers it was all new territory for us and he has helped to make the process much smoother by taking time to explain things we were unsure of and answering any questions we had. Communication was brilliant, phone calls and emails were returned promptly and when he stated they would be. Thank you so much ☺️
