GoogleWe had a horrendous experience with the Hucknall branch of this company from the very beginning, from sloppy work on the brochure to errors in the listing on the type of house, which was still wrong after being 'corrected' and much, much more. Ended with us having our contract 'ripped up' less than half way through the 4 month contract and removing our house from the market. We were left devastated by this excruciating experience and feel that we will never trust any estate agents again.

GoogleJust bought my first house through Holden Copley, we had a great experience with Lianna. She kept on top of everything and made sure to chase whoever was needed. She made the experience as least stressful as moving house can be!

GoogleFrom start to finish, our experience with the Holden Copley team at Hucknall was fantastic. We purchased and sold through them and the whole process went like a breeze, all during a global pandemic too! Everyone was so friendly, helpful, and thoroughly professional and nothing was too much trouble no matter who you spoke to. Would 100% recommend them, a local business and a brilliant one at that.

GoogleSpent an hour driving to view a property. Rang ahead to inform them I would be 5 minutes late. They said they would wait however when I arrived they had left. No customer courtesy at all.
