I chose Holden Copley to sell my mothers property as I was impressed with the enthusiasm and knowledge of the local markets shown to me at the point of valuation. I made the right choice! The staff throughout have been extremely professional, friendly and courteous at all times and demonstrated their enthusiasm to get the property sold quickly but at the right price. I would highly recommend Holden Copley to anyone looking to sell their house. From the get-go, they were highly professional and Jordan (who came to value the house) seemed more knowledgeable than agents I had round from other companies. They gave a good yet realistic valuation price (I sold above the lower band of the guide price) and I liked that their service was all inclusive with the marketing and high quality professional photos included (some places charge separately for this). Having dealt with Melissa throughout the duration of my sale, she was always extremely responsive, organised and helpful in keeping things moving along (especially when my buyer's solicitor was being extremely slow) and the company as a whole were a pleasure to work with. Holden Copley really recommended themselves as the best estate agent to choose because when we were looking through RightMove, etc, you could tell the difference with the quality of the property photos and how well-presented the marketing materials are, compared to other estate agents. They were very efficient from the initial free quote on a no sale no fee (which we accepted), through to taking the (excellent) photos and 360 degree virtual tour of the house, and taking bookings for viewings. Holden Copley were great in taking into account that we were both working from home and needed to book viewings at specific times to accommodate this. They coached us through the offers we received, and we received a fantastic offer for our property which we happily accepted. The excellent support didn't stop there. Sheryl helped progress the sale with our buyer's solicitors, and smoothed out any blockers by chasing up when needed. You hear a lot of bad things about estate agents, but we had a really good experience with Holden Copley. It's great to support a Nottingham company.
