GoogleThis company has been amazing so far with marketing our house. Right from the beginning when we had our meeting with Chris, he was so professional, friendly and informative. He had researched the market in our area and showed us so much information and advised us on pricing, he wasn’t pushy at all. Everything Chris spoke about was to do with selling our house and how they go about this. The ladies in the Long Eaton office, Sadie and Samantha have been incredible. They are informative, friendly and so helpful, they handled several viewings at our property professionally, they are a real credit to the company! GoogleSelling our parents home has been a very emotional experience for us and the team at Holden Copley have made this as stress free as it possibly could be. Always there to answer questions and offer advice when requested, they have conducted themselves with the utmost in professionalism. We can't think of any aspect of the sales process that could have been handled better... the virtual tour included in the listing made the viewings more productive, viewings were booked very proactively, feedback was provided in a timely manner after viewings took place. Quite simply, they have been a pleasure to deal with. FacebookIt seems as though people only get good service if they’re selling a property with Holden Copley. If you’re just buying from them, then there’s no care at all. Any disgruntles with service that I’ve made have been met with excuses and empty pre-constructed apologies. Holden Copley have been a mess from the start of our property purchase journey. Between selling properties we had viewed and were interested without telling us (I had to drive passed the house to see it had sold 2 days after our first viewing), to gas lighting and trying to encourage bidding wars - which I’m sure they could be reported to their professional body for - to telling me that they are “busy prioritising other completions” above my own. I’m sat in my car right now waiting for keys which I was told to collect - however the keys aren’t even here as our seller has not sent their funds through to the property above them in the chain? We paid our deposit and solicitor’s fees 2 weeks ago before the agreed completion date so that it would be ready on time. Why did Holden Copley not chase up the vendor’s solicitors? Their reason is that “it isn’t their job” - but it is? Isn’t that what sales progression is or have I been misinformed? Can’t even express my disappointment at the stress I’ve been put through due to the incompetency of the staff and their seemingly lack of care and compassion.

Had a recent experience with HC marketing and managing my house sale. The experience was a real mixed bag. House details and photos excellent with a professional virtual tour.Accompanied viewings also good in the main but with a few issues along the way. Comms were average as they do not assign you a single sales advisor, every time you call in you end up speaking to a different person so there is little continuity. Some of the business decisions taken by the staff were poor and my house sale which fell through could have been avoided. They could have got me more money for the property than they did. Some of my phone calls were not returned.
