GoogleI have recently put my house on the market and agreed a sale using Holden Copley. They were very quick to respond from valuation all the way through to confirming acceptance of the offer that had been put forward. Would definitely recommend them to others and use again in the future. Their 360 degree imagery was great and makes them stand out from others in the market. Jack was very helpful throughout and has been responsive when I have asked questions about next steps. This is the first time I have sold a house and he has assured me no questions are stupid. GoogleHolden Copley are absolutely brilliant at what they do. From start to finish they have been professional, approachable and helpful in their interactions. They respond within a few hours to any queries and even with Covid restrictions in place, they have adapted and ensured the delivery of their service has not been impacted or reduced. Jordan was our surveyor and was very aware and accommodating with ensuring we were safe as a shielding household. Lauren was our photographer and she was lovely and friendly and ensured we were safe too. I now know why most of the For Sale/ Sold boards in the local area belong to Holden Copley- they are competent and they employ the best staff and their reputation is outstanding. I would recommend them without hesitation to anyone selling/purchasing a house . I would also like to specifically mention Lianna who has been unbelievably brilliant since the start. She is an absolute credit to the company and her knowledge and professionalism is beyond compare. Give her a raise/promotion Mr Holden and Mr Copley! GoogleHolden Copley have been fantastic in the sale and marketing of our house. All the team are very professional; in particular Zoe Garton did an amazing job, restoring my faith in estate agents. Prior to being on the market with HC, we spent 6 months on the market with a local competitor who I won't name (rhymes with Loyston and Rund), less said about them the better. Zoe organised multiple back-to-back viewings generating massive interest in our property; obtaining 3 offers in a short space of time (one on the first day of viewings). It appears that HCs database of prospects is maintained well, and the potential buyers are well matched to the property type, rather than other agents who employ a 'spray and pray' approach; this saves both the buyer and the vendor considerable time. GoogleWe sold our house in Lady Bay last month via HC and were very pleased wit the service . the support and level of contact was very reassuring and helpful . Everyone we dealt with was friendly understanding and active , which makes you feel that they are actively pushing on your behalf . Special Mention to Jasmine Greenaway who looked after the post agreement process to completion which got a bit sticky with chains and the usual nonsense , but it felt good to have her onside , her knowledge was exceptional in assessing where everyone else in the process was , vital to stopping us biting nails 24/7 Highly recommend adn will definitely use them again , even though that may not be for 20 years .....PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value
