Recently bought and sold properties with Holden Copley. After initial teething troubles I really cannot fault the services. From the off the valuation process was excellent. The photos and marketing are far above the rest of the agents in my locality. We have a sales progressor who had to work very hard for her money as we were in a very long and complex chain. Hiccups along the way were dealt with professionally. Exchange and Completion were a nightmare (nothing to do with HC) and our point of contact stayed cool under pressure to help us come to a satisfactory conclusion. The solicitor they recommended were also excellent (Heather at Sheltons). Tom's valuation was more generous than another firm's but the marketing for our sale was spot on helping us sell immediately at asking price and helping secure our dream home. When looking for a house HoldenCopley were brilliant, they listened to what I was looking for, kept me informed on houses that were in my price range and had clear direction with their COVID policies.
