Excellent to work with

I worked with Holden Copley on the purchase of a property in Beeston. It was a complicated purchase with numerous conveyancing issues for both me and the vendors to overcome. It is fair to say without the tenacity of Holden Copley I doubt the purchase would have been possible. I would particularly like to thank Lianna Vocaturo - she worked so hard to make this purchase happen - notwithstanding lockdown, Christmas/ NY etc - she kept on pushing away at all parties until we got done. I look forward to working with Holden Copley and Lianna on more transactions. Thank you.

We had 2 other Estate Agents out to value an inherited property before Holden Copley. Holden Copley valued the house at about 22% higher than the previous agents (a significant figure), so we went with them. We had multiple viewings and an asking price offer within days. All of the staff at Holden Copely have been nithing but friendly and professional throughout the entire process of my selling and buying. The marketing alone is above standard of other agents and really makes a property standout. I also found it much easier to look at properties they were respesenting especially with the 3D floor plans. Due to this i have also purchased my next property with them also. My property had loads of viewings and 3 offers in total. They were on hand to negotiate whilst also being fair and transparent. 100% would recommend. We used them to move in Nov 2019. Unfortunately it didn’t work out so we used again. Fantastic professional service from start to finish, from sales particulars, photos, 3D. Sold in 2 weeks last time. This time it took 2 days. A special thank you to Cheryl for all your help and for keeping me sane! We have had to deal with another estate agent to buy our new house and their review unfortunately won’t be positive at all!!! Thanks Holdens. You’re the best!!! 😊😊😊

Amazing estate agent! We have just sold our home and purchased our new home through HoldenCopley and couldn’t recommend them enough. Everything has been dealt with so swiftly throughout the process, from selling my house in just 4 days and having 27 viewings lined up for me in this time. I want to say a massive thank you to Georgia Argyle my sales progressor who made sure everything ran smoothly from start to finish with both sale and purchase, any little problems she was at the end of the phone. I also dealt with the Sales Manager Lottie at the beginning who was very efficient and always happy to help!

Terrible customer service we chased them most of the time for updates. No one seemed to know what was happening. No reassurance no updates and no one cares. Glad it's over and we are moved wouldn't recommend them and certainly wouldn't use them again.
