GoogleOur experience has been great, easy, professional, and straight forward. From the point of viewing to having our offer accepted, communication was very good, quick, and fair. GoogleI can't recommend Holden Copley enough, especially Sammy who has been absolutely fantastic. While viewing houses in the Long Eaton area we were contacting numerous estate agents, and Holden Copley were easily the fastest, most helpful and communicative option. It has been really easy to book in viewings, call with questions and stay informed of progress. We were nervous as first time buyers, but we've been guided through the process with professionalism and expertise.

GoogleI am still yet to receive correspondence from the Hucknall office despite having contacted Amy and Marie on three separate occasions and being told it would be sent straight away. I can only hope they are more professional if you are trying buy or sell a property through their office.

GoogleAbsolutely amazing service from start to finish. Friendly staff made me feel at ease from the initial viewing and photos of the house, to exchange of contracts. Excellent communication keeping me informed and liaising with my solicitors and the builders of my new house. A special Thankyou to Sheryl Parker at Hucknall Branch, who has worked her socks off chasing solicitors to ensure everything happened on time. Especially Molly and Maria who have been on the ball, very helpful, nothing is to much trouble, they answer any worries or questions I have straightaway. Everything so far has been great and very stress free. I'd recommend Holden Copley 😊

GoogleFrom our initial meeting to discuss the sale of our house through to the final handover to solicitors to complete the sale, the Holden Copley team have been excellent. Chelsea in the Arnold office was invaluable in getting marketing materials in place. Maria and Amy in the Hucknall team arranged viewings and kept us informed throughout the whole selling process. Our property sold quickly and I cannot recommend Holden Copley highly enough.

GoogleVery mixed bag. Used them recently to sell my house and my experience was mixed. Excellent photos,virtual tour and ads. Accompanied viewings on the whole ok but some issues. Could have managed the buying process better and made better business decisions on my behalf. Comms poor, some phone calls not returned, property sold but fell through, expectation management average, post sales experience for me very poor.

GoogleHolden Copley have been completely faultless from start to finish. Jordan was the only estate agent which wasn’t pushy and did a cost-to-move plan with us. The photos were beautiful and communication with Jade was Perfect. Always helpful and quick to respond. Karen was lovely and always polite and quick to get back to us also. Not an expensive estate agents so wasn’t sure what to expect, but so pleased we used HC! Thank you 😊

GoogleFrom the first meeting when my property was valued the service has been superb. The sale process was handled very professionally by Liberty and Zoe. The biggest praise has to go to Sheryl who has been unbelievably supportive, professional and friendly and is a credit to the company. I would recommend Holden Copley to anyone and I am incredibly pleased that I chose them to sell our home.

TrustpilotDid not meet our expectations
We used Holden Copley in Arnold following reviews from other people. Unfortunately selling with them did not meet our very basic expectations. Valuation and sales were not a problem but once we sold, which we did quickly, there was very little communication from the sales progressor. We found we had to chase if we wanted an update despite making our position quite clear from the get go (28 day exchange requirement). We eventually reached out to the buyers directly and pushed things forward much faster than using the progressor. Essentially our buyers viewed the house independent of Holden Copley and negotiated with us directly, we then exchanged by pressing our solicitors without HC even knowing….. they emailed the day after exchange to agree when we could exchange to be told we’d already done it the day prior, then zero contact up until and on completion day until after we had completed to ask us to leave a review. All in all we really only needed HC to value and put the house on Rightmove. Everything else we pretty much did ourselves so it turned out to be quite expensive for not a lot, we expected a little more support through the process.

Good day to all. Holden copley. Hmmm a big company with a diverse portfolio... personally I have used their services on all levels. As a seller.a buyer and a renter.. it seems this company certainly has no morals and is purely motivated by money and profit and only respect ghe clients who ghem deem go have money (buyers sellers,landlords). As a seller grey we're very much on the ball for me. And as a buyer they shown ghe same respect... however as a tenant.as j was jn rented accommodation between such events ig was clear gheir attitude godard tenants and others were far different. For example. I took on a property ghat was in need of certain upgrades which I did with landlords permission and improved it. However now I've left they have not returned my deposit (£1050) and not even bothered yo update or reply to my emails... 35 days now... I obviously have fight on my hands. But got those who are gaining of using them as a tenant. Be wary... I will not be using them again got anything. And ghis is purely based on job I've been treated as a tenant. The landlady breached the agreed contract and towards the end the agent entered ghe property with prospective buyers without even knocking on the door whilst my 12 month old baby girl and wife where jn residence... my partner could of been in shower or changing baby girl.... taking strangers into someone's home without even knocking is unacceptable as a priority despite their other failings.im not an unfair person but I stand up for what is right
