I recently sold my house with HoldenCopley and cannot fault the service. Easily the best service I’ve ever received from an estate agent. I was constantly kept updated, the whole process was explained to me step by step and everyone I spoke to was extremely knowledgable and friendly. i wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the team at HoldenCopley.

Buyers Beware,,,,,,,I was hopping for a fair and respectful (professional) experience from Holden Copley as a buyer. However, my experience was opposite. First Property I made an offer which exceeded the guide price over 16.5k and Holden Copley turned it into a semi auction kept coming back and asking for more and using the Vendor as excuse. In the end a good story was told and I was turned down. Few weeks later, another property came along and I made an offer after viewing. Guess what same tactics was deployed. I was Told to wait for few days, after which another story blaming it on vender came up and after dates after dates, I made them aware that they can remove me from the bidding list.. as I felt I was indirectly being pushed into buying property overpriced. If you want to run an auction is best you do so than to indirectly inflate the value of a property for your gains.

GoogleI can't praise Holden Copley any more highly for the job they did with the sale of our house and our purchase of a new one. Always friendly, responsive and happy to help. The staff are their biggest asset by far. In the past we haven't had great experiences with other agents and assumed it was the case across most agents in the city. We were definitely wrong and we won't hesitate to use you or recommend you in the future. Thanks.

From preparing me for the process to having a brilliant sales progression contact to chase things up along the chain. It was good to have that reassurance of knowing what was happening with the sale for all, especially as a first time buyer. Their communication was excellent. FacebookTotally unprofessional in my opinion!! Had a house valued yesterday. We decided to use another agent and out of courtesy, we called to inform them that we would not be going with Holden Copley. I was put on hold after a member of staff told me we would get a better experience blah blah and a manager came on the call lowering her fee, going on and on so again told them we would not be using them and that it's going on the market on Friday with one of the others. Today I get a call from the valuer again trying to get us to go on the market with them. Completely disgusted with how they act, can they not take someone going with another agent. Shocking!!!! Would never recommend them to anyone!.

GoogleI have to say Holden Copley have restored my faith in Estate Agents.. I’ve now sold property with most of the main agents out there I think they send there best person to sign you up and it’s then all downhill from there wanting to reduce the price to get a quick sale! Not Holden and Copley from day 1 they asign you a handler in my case Sheryl Parker what a diamond she is, Sheryl chased explained investigated anything to do with the sale she kept me better informed that the solicitor. FacebookCan’t believe I never wrote this sooner, had a really bad experience with Holden Copley, constantly chasing the sale of our house, made to carry out more viewings even though we accepted an offer but they wouldn’t tell the buyer. Weeks down the line, literally a few weeks from completion we find out about this ‘chain’ we were in…. Fuming wasn’t the word as we were previously led to believe our buyer was the only one above us… no no no! We ended up waiting even longer to move due to this chain which would of swayed our decision to accept a different offer. When it came to the completion date and our buyer was being a little awkward Holden Copley was more concerned with how happy she was than us who we’re paying them! When I emailed the staff regarding this I had such a rude reply from one female staff member who’s name I can’t remember now. Had a call from Steve but was such a waste of time and only offered to compensate us IF the sale didn’t happen on the date mentioned and all he had to say regarding his rude ‘forgetful’ staff was he would have a word. No thanks to them we managed to complete on time but didn’t take away the fact we were caused unreal amounts of stress and spoken to very unprofessional!
