GoogleWe have just completed the sale of my Dads property through the Long Eaton branch,and have been very impressed through the whole process with the professionalism and efficiency of everyone at Holden Copley from the sales and admin staff. From the start they kept us informed regards the viewings and gave us prompt feedback and achieved a offer within 3 weeks. Karen in sales progression then took over she did a fantastic job keeping us informed of progress on a weekly basis and if any information was needed ,acting as liaison between solicitors and pushing for a prompt completion.We completed on sale in 9 weeks which in the current climate was excellent and this was in a large part due to Karen’s input. We had Josh show a flat to us and he was excellent; when the vendor took over the viewing, he politely stood back. The vendor was very proud of what they had done with the flat and we got such a good insight into the property we immediately placed an offer.All good so far and proceeding at the UK housing market pace. So far, NOT so good. Failed negotiations. Poor advice. Dire communication. Still haven't sold our property after multiple failed viewings. A young couple turned up to view, we were unaware as no one from the office had bothered to either check it was suitable for them to view or message/email us. Nearly a month and no interest or viewings.No one at Holden Copley is interested or bothered it seems. Very little work for a chunk of commission.
