GoogleMe and my partner are first time buyers, George from the Arnold branch showed us around in a friendly and professional manner. He was able to answer any questions we had and made the viewing process extremely enjoyable. I’m pleased to say we are currently in the process of buying the property that George showed us around! GoogleUsing Holden Copley for our buy to let was a great decision. Our solicitor choice was a very bad one!! Without the help of Melissa Denton at Holden Copley the two properties we purchased would not have met the completion timeline. Melissa was very proactive, professional and consistent with following up with the solicitors and coordinating the whole process. I can only say good things and thankful for all her support throughout the whole process. I recommend Holden Copley 100%

GoogleFive Star Service. I bought a house marketed by Holden Copley and their selling agents were fantastic keeping me updated on the position of the whole chain every step of the way. I then went on to rent out this house through their lettings team and, again, the service was first class. They arranged all necessary work on the property to ensure it was up to legal standards, tenant viewings, and reference checks, basically the whole process start to finish, with minimal input from me which is just the service I was after. Would 10/10 recommend both the sales and lettings side for a hassle-free time.

GoogleWelcoming vibes from the agency from the get go! Interesting that there are some other agencies who seem a bit disinterested and don't return calls for viewing... Anyways, my wife has been dealing with Meggie Calder who has been fantastic throughout, recommending suitable areas and arranging viewings. Today we had an appointment with George. Nice gentleman who had the house prepared for us to view freely and answered our queries with regards to our requirements. He even went through our preferences and gave us helpful suggestions. This is exactly what some of us need; timely appointments based on flexible timings and someone as a point of contact for questions.

GoogleI've been renting out properties for nearly 40 years and have dealt with management agents both good and bad. Not one has been perfect but that's life. But Holden Copley has to be the best I have ever dealt with, by far. Special praise for Nicole and Luke who often go far beyond the call of duty. Try them...you won't be disappointed.

GoogleFrom the moment we placed an offer on our house to the moment we picked up the keys, the experience was so enjoyable. This was all down to Holden and Copley. Initially, we both were under the impression that the process was going to be very stressful and difficult. However, we were wrong as both Chloe, Lottie and Georgia from the Holden and Copley team were so helpful and always made sure we were up to date with every piece of information about the house. Honestly, I couldn’t recommend buying your house with Holden and Copley enough!! If you want a stress free experience and amazing staff who help you through the process, then these estate agents are the ones to go with!!!

GoogleHolden Copley have just handled the sale of my wife's late mother's house. It didn't end up to be straight forward but the hard work of the team, particularly Lianna, who managed the whole process brilliantly enabled us to complete. Without their work it would have been a nightmare. My wife and I have no hesitation in highly recommending them.

GoogleI sold my house with Holden! All staff extremely professional and helpful. The sale didn’t go as smoothly as expected but the sales progression was handled by Mellissa and what can I say her determination and professionalism throughout was incredible! The after sale care was great. I was kept up to date throughout the process! I would highly recommend! Mellissa you deserve a medal! A real credit to Holden Copley! I wouldn’t hesitate to use again!

GoogleWe are currently buying a house though Holden and Copley, we honestly can’t praise and thank these amazing people enough! Having a year from hell and needed to find a house that’s easily adaptable for our disabled son has been nothing short of a nightmare. Most people know the market is chaotic at the moment. We saw our soon to be new home on Zoopla and gave Holden and Copley a call. From the very moment we stepped foot in the house they were brilliant, keeping us informed throughout and readily available to answer any questions. Our trust with other estate agents hasn’t always been the best so it’s amazing to find a team willing to help! Special mentions goes to Esta for helping us every step of the way and being there to answer our thousands of questions! And also to Tom (as he said, ginger Tom) who showed us round the house, made what can be an uncomfortable experience very entertaining! We now have 3 very happy children that have there dream house and garden! Again thank you so much! Couldn’t recommend enough!

GoogleAbsolutely brilliant service from start to finish. We had a complicated situation with selling two houses and combining households, and there were delays with our onwards purchase due to survey issues, but Melissa at Holden Copley was fantastic throughout the process. She managed the situation, keeping our two sets of buyers onside, and trouble shooting so that there were no additional problems. We genuinely would not hesitate to recommend, we have moved regularly in the past, and whilst this was the first time we'd used Holden Copley, their customer service really is superior to any other estate agent. The particulars for both properties were excellent, the sales staff from the West Bridgford branch and the Long Eaton branch were efficient, friendly and proactive, and then the after sales service (which is never the fun bit) was the icing on the cake. Thank you so much to everyone involved!

GoogleIt's still early days with regards to buying my first home but so far my experience with Holden Copley has been excellent. I have mainly been working with Esta, who is so lovely, honest and patient. As a first time buyer, it can be really overwhelming however Esta has communicated really well and has offered advice where appropriate. In her absence, Esta's colleagues, including Annie, have also been approachable, helpful and clear. I would really recommend Holden Copley; so far they have provided a good service, keeping me in the loop with the sale and have communicated effectively with all parties involved. Thank you so much Esta, you have made this experience so much calmer and actually really exciting too!

GoogleVery impressed by the high quality of service! First, properties under Holden Copley are of high standard, therefore viewings meet or exceed expectations. During the process of negotiating and next steps, Bethan and Liberty were extremely responsive, very knowledgeable, and were a huge help with conveyancing and mortgage advisor recommendations. The entire experience so far has been truly stress-free and a pleasure!

GoogleI have recently used these to purchase a property. When it came to offering and getting the process started Samantha McVea was great. Offered loads of information in a way I could understand. After my offer was accepted Karen Eccles the Senior Sales Progressor was fantastic. Constantly chased everyone in the chain for updates and pushed things along, and also supported me all the way through and kept me up to speed even when my estate agents were not. From start to finish with many hurdles that were out of peoples control, Karen helped keep everything on track frankly stopped everything falling through on numerous times. Thank you!
