GoogleI have been adversely affected by the cyber hacking on the conveyancing firm I used, as recommended by Purple Bricks. Melissa at HC has been lifeline. She has always been so helpful, sympathetic and a lot more responsive than my own conveyancer. I would not hesitate to recommend Holden Copley

GoogleAs a landlord, I have always found the lettings team to be, quite simply - brilliant. The team works extremely well together and everyone I have spoken to there has always been highly efficient, extremely helpful, and genuinely pleasant. I have no doubt there’s a lot of hard work done in the background by many people there, but I am particularly grateful to Luke, Layla, Chloe, Nicole, Zoe, and Kerry, I appreciate their top quality help and support very much.

GoogleStop looking for a 5* estate agent, you’ve found them! Due to family bereavements we had 2 properties to sell in 2021 & HC were amazing throughout the whole process. Seamless expert service from start to completion, always kept us updated. Knowledgeable, professional and polite, nothing was too much trouble when guiding us gently through the tricky 'probate sale' process. GoogleWorst estate agent I have dealt with! There rental process is really unfair they take 10 people to view a house and then allow all 10 to apply and they choose who they like even though I was the first to send my application in. Not only that no one gives you updates you have to call them they don’t call or contact you and to top it off they didn’t even let me no they had chose someone else for the property I had to call them to ask what’s happening they didn’t even ask if there was anywhere else I would like to look .

Did you apply via our website? The application process for most letting agents isn't via a first come first serve basis, the landlords come to a decision based on a number of factors. GoogleFrom start to finish the experience was 5 star! I mainly dealt with Tom Mawer, who is exceptional. His attitude, passion and attention to detail is outstanding. He was at the end of the phone every step of the way, even for all my silly questions! He made me feel like I was his only client & I couldn’t of asked for a better service from him! Every member of the team are so helpful & polite. Selling/buying a property can be a daunting & stressful experience but Tom & the team put my mind at ease daily. I can’t thank you enough! You made this experience enjoyable for me! Thank you so so much!

GoogleRecently sold an estate property through Holdens (Bridgford). They were very responsive to my initial approach to them (10 minutes to get a response to my email), unlike some other local agents who couldn't be bothered or were like jumped up second-hand car salespersons. I figure that if an estate agent doesn't respond immediately to me, then what will they be like responding to a potential buyer. Very professional marketing package, and competitive on the price. Melissa was a gem - the buyers agents and solicitors were useless. Melissa chased them at least a couple of times a week for updates and to gee them along. Eventually, after discussing with Holdens I put the house back on to the market due to the delays, which certainly got the buyers attention and completed 7 days later. They certainly earnt their money! I'm looking to sell another property soon and Holdens will be at the top of the list for Agents that I look to instruct.

GoogleThis is a personal review for Tylor Leeds, Accompanied viewer at Holden Copley. I am still actively looking for my next home and Tylor showed me round a property in Hucknall last week. Although the property itself was beautiful, it did not meet my requirements and so I did not make an offer. However, Tylor was very friendly, open and engaging as well as courteous and respectful! He is definitely an asset to the company and I wish him every success in his future career.

GoogleHolden Copley couldn't have done more for me as a first time buyer. The process for the viewings was fast and fair, and when it was confirmed that our offer was accepted we were introduced to Karen who was our Sales Progressor. Karen was always willing to answer any questions I had and even explained the regular processes to someone like myself who didn't have a single clue what he was doing. My first solicitors were horrendous, and Karen was speaking between both the seller and our own solicitors to help the sale go through. After my solicitors not responding for over 5 weeks, Karen helped me source another solicitor who were better. Karen was keeping in contact to let me know every step of the way and what was happening with the seller, including being the middle person between us and the seller, and solicitors. Without Karen's help, I'm sure the sale wouldn't have gone as smooth or at all. I would highly recommend Holden Copley, and if you have the pleasure to speak to Karen you can be assured that you are in good hands. Thanks again Karen!

GoogleHolden and Copley were amazing again during another purchase. This is our third with them now and Lianna has done the last two, and has just been amazing. H+C and of course Lianna will always be our first choice for purchasing, due to the quality of service you get. Lianna kept us all on our toes and pushed it through whilst constantly being positive and smiley. Thanks Lianna, we will hopefully be in touch very soon about another project. John Harte

GoogleHad a viewing at a Property with Josh Mohtady yesterday, and despite it being his first day on the Job for Renting and Letting, Josh was more than helpful, friendly and professional. Holden Copley so far have been punctual getting back to me either via email or phone, and given the property is ticking lots of boxes for us, we're likely to start renting it soon.

Thought It was worth me posting a review as he made such a marked impression on my house buying journey compared to other agents. He was super approachable and relaxed and had clearly taken time to talk to the owner extensively to provide information on the property, garden, neighbours and the area. He even talked us through the different plants in the garden! Thanks so much!

GoogleWe recently bought a house that was being sold using HoldenCopley as the estate agents and without them, I don't think our purchase would have gone through. From first setting up this viewing (as well as multiple others in the area), they were always available whenever we rang, and were available for call backs in very good time. We were looked after well, with our questions being answered and the excitement of our first house purchase also being reflected back to us. When we had our offer accepted, our house progression was passed to Sophie Bellaby, who was personally responsible in making sure our chain didn't collapse. Throughout the entire process, she was a guiding light, and with an awful, awful solicitor on our side, she was the only one to give us any transparency within our own purchase and along the rest of the chain. We had the most difficult time with our solicitor, and it was a result of Sophie's hard work which helped us push this through and avoided us losing the house at the very last minute - and in time for the stamp duty holiday. I can't thank her enough, because without her and her transparency (and having someone to call when it was all too much), I really don't know how we would have coped with the anxiety of the solicitor. Thank you HoldenCopley for making our first house purchase what it should have been from the start, we are now truly enjoying being first-time buyers in our wonderful new home. PS - We fully intend to bring cake in once we've settled in enough to find out way appropriately around the kitchen!

GoogleI have just sold a flat in West Bridgford using Holden Copley. They have provided five-star service from start to finish; from initial valuation, to a really competitive quote for their services, to a highly impressive advert and photographs, handling viewings, expert guidance on the various offers, and then on to sales progression. It is sales progression where they've really stood out and Sophie Bellaby in particular deserves an enormous amount of praise for her patience and assistance in dealing effectively and professionally with difficult and sluggish solicitors acting for the buyer. She's a credit to the company. Will 100% recommend to others. Really happy - thank you.

GoogleWe viewed a property in October with a young gentleman called George Rudd. It was our first property we had viewed and it turned out it wasn’t for us. Nonetheless George was brilliant in guiding and advising us on what to look out for our future viewings. He even went to the effort of sending me an email post viewing on what type of questions to ask when visiting properties. I would recommend Holden Copley to anyone looking for a new property.
