The quality of the house build is 10 out of 10. A very well built home with an excellent design. The whole team from sales through to construction are amazing and nothing is too much trouble for them. The only negative point was they try to rely on technology too much with an app that just does not work, they would be better off without it.

She took a lot of time asking us what we needed from our next home and was really friendly with our little girl who loved the sales office. Due to a change to a change in circumstances I need to sell my current home. I am exploring options including new build and a friend of mine recommended visiting the Smalley Chase site. Aimee Crook, the sales development manager has been very supportive in guiding me through the various property types and buying options available. Aimee has been so sensitive to my circumstances, extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I have decided to put my house on the market and looking forward to working with Aimee to progress a reservation on a property.

My boyfriend bought a property from Amie at the Chaters Gate site in Derby in 2019. We then came across Smalley chase as my parents live close by. Without a doubt the best service we’ve come across whilst looking for a new home. Amie is very friendly, approachable and welcoming. She spent so much time with us even though we’re not sold on our current house. We will most certainly be looking to reserve with Amie in the very near future.

We were originally looking at another builder but came across this site on a whim and Amie has blown us away. Moving house with 2 babies is a stressful experience but working with Liz and Helen in the sales team and our site manager Neil really made the whole process as straightforward as possible. From the day we first viewed the show home to the day we moved in, everyone has been so helpful and reassuring. We have been passed to Carly in the customer Care division and she has been lovely too.

Great service so far from Miller. We moved in at the end of October all on schedule with the anticipated timelines given. The minor snags we have had so far have been actioned immediately and with very friendly contractors. It is early days but from our experience so far we would recommend Miller as a good company for a new build. The houses have been thought out so well to maximise every inch of space. The bedrooms are good sizes and plenty of storage which I think is not usually a common thing in new builds. The workers are still building but very respectful of noise levels and keeping mess and distribution to a minimum. Amie in the sales office has been Amazing with a very quick response throughout the sales process. Michael in after sales has been prompt and Christoph has been very friendly and respectful of our house when sorting finishing touches for us. All in all so far so good. We are very happy and made the right decision on our move.

I have recently bought a house at the Oakley Grange development and from the beginning have dealt with Amy Nott. She has been nothing but amazing! I have been extremely needy and she had continued to keep me updated throughout and kept my mind at ease. Without having her, I don’t think the process would have been as smooth sailing. She has made buying our first home with a baby extremely enjoyable. People always complain about newbuilds but I have nothing bad to say! Anything that went wrong was rectified promptly. Thank you so much to the Miller team at Oakley Grange but especially Amy Nott who has gone above and beyond to make this process enjoyable!
