Excellent experience ! We have just purchased a property at Oakley Grange through ours sales manager Amy Nott. From the first time we met we Amy she put us at ease after having a poor experience with another developer. Amy has done everything to help us along the way to achieve our purchase by pointing us in the right direction from mortgage broker to solicitors etc. Amy even went above and beyond by sending us a video of the property when we were unable to attend following illness. We would definitely recommend miller homes and Amy to anyone looking at purchasing a home.

Our experience was with miller homes, Oakley Grange. Amy was our day to day POC. We were so pleased how much easy to understand information we were given along the way. We never felt uncomfortable asking too many questions or taking longer over decisions. Simply Outstanding!

We moved into our amazing new Miller home at Hawkead Gardens in November this year and it’s been life changing for our family. We’ve only been in 5 weeks but it’s felt like home from our very first night. We love the house, love the area and our neighbours all seem lovely.The quality of finish on the house is simply brilliant. Sure we have a couple of little snagging items but to be honest was struggling to write down things for our 7 and 28 days check in with site.But I have to give a big shout out to Miller for their customer service. Their head office have checked in a few times just to find out how things are. The site manager and assistant site manager are so friendly, so are all the workers on site. They never pass you without saying good morning or afternoon.But one person who has made our purchase so special from day 1 is the Sales Manager Caroline. I’ve never ever experienced care and attention like it. She’s always there for us, always sorts things out and nothing is ever too much trouble. She brings the community at Hawkead together and is one of life’s special little gems. Miller are so lucky to have her and I hope they know that. Thank you Caroline for everything you have done for us. We can never repay you. You have no idea the positive impact you’ve had on us 😄❤️❤️❤️.Thank you Miller and thank you Caroline for making this experience so memorable. We can’t wait to see how things evolve. We’re so happy!

5 months in and still our dream home!

Moved in to our home in August at Portside Village, Middlesbrough. Had a lot of support from Audrey and Alison the dynamic duo 😜 the kept us in the loop through development and kept our confidence high. Moved into our home and it has been amazing. No regrets, foreman Scott and Chris really good at checking up on us and making sure everything has been to our satisfaction. Reassured us if there are any problems then let them know and it will be dealt with immediately. Always answered if we had any questions. Turf was laid terribly, I laid my own in the back garden and it has flourish beautifully. Had some spare so had to redo the patch outside the house that was dead within days of them laying it in August. The patch I replaced looks great, the patch by the contractors still needs some TLC. It has improved slightly after a few months but it wasn’t laid properly and had a lot of gaps. Overall still happy with the outcome of our amazing home. Thank you to everyone involved! Definitely breaks away from the bad new build stigma I always hear about at work. I am an electrician and go into a lot of older properties where people complain about new builds due to what they see on social media but that hasn’t been our experience at all!

Moved into our new Miller Home at the Hawkhead Paisley site and absolutely loving it. Caroline has been our rock from start to finish. For her advice on selling our own house to advice on interior designer she had been nothing short of outstanding. I'm just taking this opportunity to express my thanks to Liz and Caroline at Hackwood Park. They have been nothing but helpful throughout the process of purchasing a house at Hackwood. Cowboy Builders! No progress of SUDS & Open Spaces at Hurworth Hall Farm.

SUDS & Open Spaces Hurworth Hall Farm, Hurworth still not completed or to an even acceptable satisfactory standard. This has been ongoing now for nearly 18 months.Turf has been laid on the SUDS area in temperatures below freezing with the Turf frozen. It will die. There are also gaps and nowhere near enough grass laid! Secondly the contractor just literally “chucked” the rolls of turf on top of the existing rubble, building materials, hard soil and existing plants on the area. The landscaper contractor did not prepare the ground, remove rocks and debris, grind existing material down, place top soil down or rake and smooth the ground out before laying the turf.There is also still hardcore left on the SUDS from other contractors 4 months ago! Seriously, is this a joke? What kind of cowboys are you employing as contractors?! Do you think either of these are acceptable in any way? I have now lost my patience with your contractors and complete oversight of the management of our site. I will be writing to head office. Thank you.
