If you want to buy a house that lets in water and has terrible after care and customer service Buy one of the houses at miller homes Lambton park I have had water damage, mould and dampness in my house for the last 6 months and they will not do a thing about it. Once they have taken your money for the house they do not want to communicate with you any more I will not be buying a miller homes house ever again

Original 1star review was for Castledene lettings and their appalling way of treating tenants Now changed to 3 star as Holbrook seem to actually get stuff done and push landlords to do repairs. Back to 1 star as nothing seems to have changed as I'm forced to live in a house with mould in several rooms, flooring that hadn't been put down properly and is dangerous, and a front door with a loose frame.

Poor quality materials used, garden is flooded no proper drainage, snag issues reported when we first moved last year Dec 22 has still not been rectified after 12 months of chasing up... Extremely poor post purchase customer care.. The site team is ghosting us.. Fed up with them.. The door bell is already not working... Garage, they said is not supposed to be damp proof, but it's leaking water inside through the corners... Don't know if they will ever fix the issues reported.. Even reported to NHBC, still no use..

From the moment we entered the show room and met Jane at, Flats Lane - Normandy, Miller site - we knew it was going to be a great experience- it has been.
