Rowan Park High Praise

Visited Rowan Park as we are considering relocating to be closer to family. We have only ever moved once in forty years so you can imagine how nervous about it we are. Having met the sales assistant Julie, our apprehension was quickly calmed. She explained everything so that we understood the process properly. Not once did we feel out of our depth. We have been in our miller home for about 2 weeks now. Gail and Megan have been nothing short of amazing throughout the whole purchasing process and have gone above and beyond to help us move into our new home.They have kept in contact/updated us regularly and have gone out of their way to ensure everything was smooth sailing from their end.Even after moving in they have taken a personal approach and checking in to see how we are getting on in our new home. The site manager Aaron has also been fantastic with getting snagging issues fixed/ planned to be fixed and again going above and beyond to help us with a few things. The whole site/sales team provide a fantastic customer service and we cannot thank them enough.We would absolutely purchase another Miller home in the future thanks to Aaron, Gail and Megan.

The worst decision me and my neighbours have ever experienced. The first part of the process was great, but once they’ve sold all the houses you’ll be left in a mess as they won’t finish the site for 5yrs plus. Don’t fall for the sales pitch, they couldn’t give a c££p once they’ve got your money.

Briar View - Kayleigh and Annabel

We had our eyes set on our perfect home as soon as we visited the Briar View site! Annabel was covering in Kayleigh’s absence and got us quickly onto the Assisted Move scheme to ensure we could reserve our plot as soon as we could. She also followed up with emails checking in and actually taking a personal interest in how we were getting on. From meeting Kayleigh when she returned, she understood how much we wanted a home on this site and has always gone the extra mile to help us reserve the house right for us, which we have now finally done! She is friendly, helpful and always smiling so we never feel uncomfortable asking her questions no matter how big or small. We are so pleased we have Kayleigh by our side during the purchase process and hope she knows that her help has been appreciated more than she knows. Some 4yrs after moving in and the place is still an unfinished dump with unsurfaced roads, sunken drains and overgrown communal areas. Ignore the 5star reviews as upfront they are great and then once all the houses are sold they vanish and simply don’t care.

We recently moved into a new Miller Home in September. Truth be told it was a rocky path with mortgage advisors, mortgage rates and issues etc... Luckily there was no such issues with Caroline and Liz who were both fantastic. In very difficult circumstances they were always available to assist in anyway they could. They gave what was a very stressful experience a human touch, they sympathised with our issues and the roller-coaster of buying a house. Even after we have moved in and been handed over to the Aftersales team, Caroline has still been available to help when needed. It was a pleasure dealing with the Caroline and Liz.

The sales managers and the site managers were absolutely incredible for the entire time. Linda, Margaret, Jake and Calum at Victoria Wynd have always gone above and beyond with anything relating the purchase as well as general enquiries and support.They made the entire process very simple and smooth. Boorley Gardens - Ellie & David - 5 Star Service!

An absolutely outstanding service from Ellie & David! Our original journey began with Ellie and David way back in April when we had begun to look at 3 and 4 bedroom options at the Boorley Garden development in Botley. Considering, at the time, we had yet to put our house on the market Ellie was more than happy to talk us through the development, the different options available to us for our price range, the range of houses and gave us the ability to look around the very lovely show homes.We joined the mailing list and received regular updates on a range of homes that might be available to us. Whilst it might seem trivial to mention this in the review we had other developers, including those on the same site and in the immediate area, that refused to engage with us without being under offer. Some of these developers had also been exceptionally rude and, on one occasion even implied we could not afford the house's we had been looking at. We would return several times over the coming months whilst we awaited an offer on our home to look at different show homes, upcoming plots and the development as a whole. We were always welcomed warmly, we were made to feel like our questions were important and we were always remembered by name! We were never made to feel like we were wasting anyones time or that our questions weren't valid. The level of service was always professional and friendly, even when both Ellie & David were busy and we just popped in instead of making an appointment.Once we received an offer for the house we were selling we popped in to see Ellie & David whose first comments weren't 'So what plot can we put you down for', but were congratulations and how were we feeling. We then went on to reserve a beautiful 4 bedroom property, which I have the pleasure of writing this review from. But the outstanding level of customer service and support from Ellie and David did not end there. We were exceptionally unfortunate to employ a conveyancer that was shockingly poor, which maybe the understatement of the year. Ellie and David skilfully managed the relationship with the conveyancer and with our estate agent to ensure that we secured our new home. They also ensured their own solicitors responded quickly and efficiently to all queries. Now, it's worth mentioning that of course it is Ellie and Davids job to sell houses and we are not naive to that, however the experience we received showed this was always second to our well being. I can say with certainty that, considering the obstacles that had been put in the way of our sale and purchase, if it had not been for Ellie and David. Their professionalism, tenacity, good humour and expert relationship management (of which as a Senior Partnership Manager I feel qualified to comment upon) we would not have our dream home. Ellie and David will always be welcome in our home!

Whilst I have gone with another Developer (1st choice of house & preferred location) I wanted to say what great service I had received from Sue at the Eastergate Development. She was super nice, very helpful on a couple of visits & kindly looked after my dog whilst we went into look at the show home. She also kept in touch with me via email & phone (but not pestering) we definitely need more Sue’s I’m the world. 🙌
