Our experience with Caroline and Alison has been great they are really helpful and always on hand to answer any questions. I would absolutely have given 5 stars if the ladies were running the show. However, the company has scaled back on what it offers in terms of options for the house. Many things have been discontinued which means the range of options has reduced as these are then not replaced with alternatives. Simple things such as more than one style of tile in bathrooms etc have been stopped for no real reason other than cost cutting I would assume which is a bit of a joke considering the cost of the house and the fact as a customer we would be willing to pay for these things etc. But like I said the front facing staff couldn't do a better job. But miller as a company probably could.

This was our 2nd Miller Home and again from start to finish the experience was seamless, Vivienne was absolutely amazing, always there with positive words whilst we waited to sell our house and a cuddle when I was stressed ha! Carrie was also brilliant in updating us or helping us when Vivienne was off. We bought due to just wanting a bigger house and didn’t even look at other builders. We find that Miller are really helpful and no issues in getting wee things fixed, as with all new builds there is snagging and things that need attention but Garry the Site Manager has been very responsive and pro active in fixing these. We had a small leak into our kitchen and within and hour of phoning when the office opened he had someone round and it was an easy fix, snagging meeting was bang on 28 days and all issues are being sorted. Not once have they said they would do something and they haven’t followed through. We absolutely love our new home!
