GoogleAvoid these guys at all costs. Problems from start 5 years ago, 3 years later still waiting on major repairs as well as other repairs. Fobbed off every single time. At my tether with them now. My previous review I was begged by the CEO to remove if they sorted the issue and that’s the only time they have sorted anything. They will take your money but fob you off

GoogleAbsolutely Brilliant the staff team are so friendly and helpful. I had some difficulties with the references and identification documents because its a bit complicated if you have not done one before. 2 calls to the staff team for help and now its sorted. Staff always return calls to me no help i need is to much. Been House hunting since 1st of December 22 dealt with 5 or 6 different Lettings agents who have cost me time and money the way they organise their business. Would never go anywhere else now thank you team.

They completed my purchase in 4 weeks and were professional at every point. Nothing was ever too much trouble. GoogleCastle Dene in Seaham marketed our bungalow, what a really professional experience we had, we had 18 viewings within 3 days, 5 offers which 1 has been accepted within a week, Nicola and Sam couldn’t do enough and were always there to advise when required. We can’t praise the professionalism and quality of service enough. The photos and video really sold the bungalow.

GoogleGreat company to work with. I have used Castledene on its investment department for purchasing few investment properties. Unfortunently after a long time the purchase could not be completed. The reason I am giving 5 stars is because the way they have supported us throughout the process and even when the things did not work as planned their reaction has been very positive and fair. Joshua is a great guy and I will use this company in the future.

GoogleI Tasked Louise and Alex in selling my house that i had not been able to sell for 5 years after using Online Agents, and Most of the Local Agents in Hartlepool. They listned to me from the Outset with the reasons why my house was not Selling (Long Standing, Historic Construciton Problems) and put a plan in to place not to waste my time anymore but also the prospective buyers time, we were all on the same page. which really helped from day 1. Within a matter of weeks, i had quite a few really good viewings, then finally we got the correct buyer, who was fully informed by Alex and Louise with all the Hoops that you would have to Jump through in order to buy a house With Unity 2 Contruction and what it would entail. This did not scare my buyer like the previsous attempts over the years they helped every step of the way. Everything has went sooo smooth and very Very quickly that myself and my buyer have been very impressed by the whole process from start to finish. Thank You Castledene for Doing what all the other agents throught was impossible by simply just listening and taking on the challenge, if i could put 10 stars i would Its been an absolute Pleasure .

We’ve had a great experience so far thanks to Pamela Sackey at the Lambton Park site. Nothing is ever too much trouble for her and she is so attentive, even outside her working hours. Pam always does what she says she will do. I’m not sure how she keeps track of everything but she seems to have photographic recall of every option we’ve chosen. We love this site and can’t wait to move in and I hope the rest of the Miller team we come into contact with are as good as Pam. Her passion for what she does shines through.

GoogleAt first they were very helpful. I viewed a property in Wynyard and liked it. Told them I wanted to apply and the girl took details and said the application dept would contact me. I had been warned that they were slow by the tenant who showed me round. Went on holiday and emailed them again. 10 days after saying I wanted it they told me somebody else had filed an application on the 19th. I had said I wanted to proceed a full five days before then. Very disappointing and inefficient I found. Unfortunately par for the course in this current market. RESPONSE to Response from Owner: I telephoned and spoke to a helpful employee. I did check all my emails and even loaded up my laptop, as I am on holiday. No email was received in any of my inboxes. My spam folder is empty. On the 16th I received many emails but none from yourselves or a signup company. I should accept some responsibility as I did not chase this up. Lesson for future interactions with estate agents. Thank you.
