GoogleNicola Haines assisted me with the sale of a property. Without her guidance and experience I would not have managed to deal with this. She kept me informed on a regular basis until the property had been sold. Thank you Nicola.

GoogleJust been to see a property on 10th Street. Christine the lady who took me around the house was well presented and answered all my questions. She gave me information about the pay fare scheme and also gave me details on the local area and what to expect. Highly professional and friendly and a positive experience. Thank you Christine

GoogleNicola was absolutely amazing! We were listed with another agency who were woeful and I am over the moon we changed to Castledene. The service was worlds apart! From the video advert to the photographs which showed our home in the best possible way the approach taken was spot on. What I was most impressed with was the communication we always received feedback following viewings and Nicola secured a sale, negotiating the price to a figure we were happy with. Thank you Nicola and all of the team at the Seaham branch !

GoogleNo follow up with me after viewing a property. The agency that showed me the second house got the sale. Both properties were about the same, I just chose the property who followed up with me.

GoogleAlex was absolute fantastic in the sale of my property. The team at Castledene were able to sell my property where other estate agents in the area couldn’t.
