Very happy with our new home

From the first phone call to enquire about a property through choosing options, moving in and completing snagging, Miller staff at Winton View have been really helpful. We were moving 450 miles to our new home and so couldn't just pop in. Our progress meetings were either by video call or arranged to coincide with our visits to Scotland, and Iain went out of his way to make sure we had up to date photos so we could see the progress being made. The planned move in date was delayed once, but only by 2 weeks and we were given enough notice for this. There were a number of minor snagging issues once in, but these have been dealt with quickly and efficiently. All of the tradesmen who have visited to complete the tasks have been friendly, polite and on time. The Assistant Site Manager, David has been great at getting everything sorted for us and has kept us informed along the way. Always easy to get hold of and happy to help.We have moved in about half way through the development so there are still site vehicles working here. All of the site team have been great at moving vehicles out of the way really quickly if we needed to drive by, never once showing any signs of frustration with us interrupting their work! All in all very happy with the whole process.

We attended the Millerbank development site today . I can honestly say what a wonderful expeeience and service . A knowledgeable and beautiful young lady named Catherine was very imformative and answered all questions my son asked with no hesitation ( and he asked alot of questions ). Going to do these kind of things have been daunting in our past experience but today was a pleasure and we where made feel welcome and that nothing was to much for this lady Catherine . She is a total credit to your company as her proffesionalism showed from start to finish .

How miller's get a rating of 5 is beyond me...poor after sales service...no customer service at all...have to chase them as they never get back to you...dont take responsibility for poor quality workmanship...blame power steering for driveway cutting up...if your thinking of buying from miller's...DONT...wouldn't buy from them again

Great Experience - Hawkhead
