Helped through every stage!

We were really looked after! Myself and my partner were on the hunt for our first home. It was really daunting to begin with, but with the help and guidance from Lauren at Highgrove fields, she made the whole journey a joy from start to finish. With regular updates on the build progress, helpful advice and at times just a friendly face to reassure us we’re doing okay was what really got us through! Not only that, we’ve been really looked after by the Dan out site agent and Ben from customer care. Each stage we’ve been looked after and we couldn’t be happier with our home!

We have had a excellent experience buying our new home with miller homes at ever green manor kilmaurs. The whole experience was made enjoyable and smooth by the team. Emma the development sales manager was very knowledgeable, upbeat and professional, nothing was ever a problem. Billy the assistant site manager and Emma kept us up to date throughout the whole process which really gave us confidence. Excellent service throughout no complaints.

House bought end of September 2023 at Eston View. Cannot fault the staff throughout the whole process so far. Our main point of contact throughout the buying process was sales development manager Jo who was friendly, informative, honest and easy to get in touch with which for me made everything less stressful.Any little changes we were kept fully informed of. Since buying and having contact with the customer service team we also have nothing but praise for the service and contact from Amanda. Everyone on site is friendly and helpful - would recommend all day long, couldn't be happier with the house or how we have been treated every step of the way.

Customer service not interested on cleve wood site thornbury nr bristol.there has been large number of complaints,my home had 42 faults only few been done.i found email for richard Culpin C.S.manager,told him i would use social media to warn people how bad things were and get a snagging report b4 parting with any money,sales staff lie to get a sale,i have said i would paint a dont buy sign on a big white sheet in red paint and put it on my car and park outside their sales office THESE COMMENTS APPLY TO SOVEREIGN HOMES AS WELL AS MILLER BUILT HOUSES AND SOLD THEM TO SOVERIEGN this situation has gone on since 28 july 23

Excellent Experience at Orchard Park, Quorn

We have recently purchased a new build 3 bed semi-detached property at Orchard park, Quorn. This is our first house and we are super pleased with our experience with sales team, specially Leanne Pearson who looked after us during this process. Obviously buying the first home can be very involving and stressful but Leanne and the team took very good care of us during this process and made is as smooth as it can be. We are very grateful to the entire Miller Home's team and again, specially Leanne!We are now handed over to the post-sales customer service team for completion of the unfinished work and we are looking forward to interacting with them ASAP. West Craig’s Manor

West Craig’s Manor - we moved here mid August 2023 and couldn’t be happier. We looked at 3 other developers on the site but were impressed at the knowledge of the Miller team - Grant & Joanna about the overall site plans, timescales, local amenities and variety of houses on offer. Grant & Joanna were super helpful when it came to closing the options for our house and went out of their way to help us find the style we were looking for. Jamie S from the site team was also on hand to advise us on building options for our home and responded quickly to any queries we had. Our site is still in early stages but the builder has been great in terms of advising when Road works were due and chasing up on street lighting. The site team have been fabulous and the advantage of being on site when there is still a few years left of the build to go is the site team are available when you have any questions. West Craig’s Edinburgh team are fabulous and would recommend a visit if you are looking to move into the city. Our house was well finished and the early site visits to keep you up to date with the build was so much fun. Miller provided more opportunities for client consultation on the build than the other builders we contacted and nothing was too much trouble. Derek was particularly knowledgeable and not embarrassed to state that the house would be build with his knowledge and experience and any adaptations could be included to a high standard.When there are so many builders out there we are glad that we went with Miller. Grant and Joanna from the sales team were outstanding. They have great customer service and genuinely care about trying to find you the home you are looking for. Huge thanks :-)
