I bought on Longshore village blyth the one particular sales girl Hannah Mc went above and beyond keeping me updated on the progress of my build ,advising me on my choices and upgrades and follow up calls and visits once I had completed , the whole team , from sales to the site managers have been very helpful rectifying any issues I’ve had making my experience a pleasant one

The whole journey has been amazing from beginning to current date. Visited Rowan Park yesterday. My husband has started a new job at the hospital close by and this area is ideal. Julie showed us the four bedroom Willow and was very informative about the site and the location. Still not clearing up after their mess.The road outside of of the new building site Grange Down has not been cleared up or cleaned at all. There is mud, clumps of brick etc on the road. Hazard waiting to happen, not to mention the broken lamppost they refuse to fix or the road they dug up that has been with the very poor road repairs. I've reported it before to miller homes but alas nothing has been done. As long as the money is in the bank, they don't care.Update: after the reply on the same day the road was almost impassable due to debris on the road and overhanging fences.
Hello George,Please accept our sincere apologies for the lack of road cleaning at our Oakley Grange development. We have had some supplier issues following the festive period, which has now been rectified and the roads are being cleaned daily.With regards to the damaged lamp column, we placed an order with Scottish and Southern Energy to replace this column 3 months ago. Unfortunately, they have been unable to replace this column to date and this is being chased weekly by our Technical department. Please accept our apologies once again, we are working to resolve these issues as quickly as possible.Kind regards,Miller Homes

My wife and I moved in to Evergreen Manor in Kilmaurs on Thursday the 18th of January.It was quite a journey regarding the buying process but good things are worth waiting for.Emma the sales agent went above and beyond to accommodate us in the buying process.We had a few progress visits where we were introduced to Shane and Billy from the site management team.The communication was excellent throughout the process.The property was well finished in my opinion and is a credit to the professionalism of all the personnel involved in the construction of our new home.I would recommend buying a Miller home to anyone who may be interested in buying a new build home.It would be fair to say that we are very happy with our new home purchase.So take a bow all the people that were involved with making it happen.

While I can't speak to Miller as a company, my most recent interaction was lovely. It with a chap called Chris Smith. A painter and decorator who came to help at the Sherwood croft site in Thorpe Willoughby. Not the first time I've seen him and it's a pleasure every time. Top work carried out and it's almost like seeing an old friend when he comes over. I hope not to have any further issues, but if I do, I hope it's him they send out. Thank you.
