Just read a post on FB showing images of polystyrene blocks, hundreds of them littering nature reserve land full of geese, and wildlife...up in westerhope, callerton. Its been there for over a week. This has happened twice now within 1 year. Why would the site manager not instruct staff to tie polystyrene down knowing heavy winds were coming. Its in streams, trees and all over farmers fields. Will this be tidied up before it contaminates the land as its already breaking down

Despite the fact that we ultimately decided not to proceed with the plot in question as it didn’t completely meet our needs, Angela’s communication throughout the process was outstanding. I have been in my Millerhome since 1 December 2022 the recent series of storms were of such violence my garage floor was flooded by water coming in the personnel door. Customer service promptly arranged for the problem to be surveyed. Today a very efficient and courteous inspector attended and immediately identified numerous faults with the door door frame and sealing. The upshot is a completely new door and frame are required. He was so apologetic that the time frame is likely to be 6 to 8 weeks. What a professional courteous service.Well done!

Is there any danger of Miller actually owning their duty of responsibility to the residents of Roman Heights (Streethay, Lichfield) and sorting out the streetlights that are not working? I know for a fact that this has been raised by multiple residents and the council yet continues to be ignored.As always, Miller like to do the sell on why you should buy their home but are very quick to shirk their responsibility in their after care.
