What a brilliant level of customer service we have had from Wendy and the team at Longshore Village, where we’re buying our first home together! We only reserved our plot at the beginning of December but will be moving in soon. Nothing has been too much trouble, Wendy always prompt to answer any questions we’ve had, and been accommodating when we’ve made some changes to our options. And the regular updates whether from Wendy herself or Miller, have been very helpful in keeping us informed. Cannot recommend highly enough!!

The company state their customer service is 5 star - I absolutely agree! The Development Sales Manager, Wendy, from which we purchased our first home, has assisted us from day one right through the process, which has been exceptionally smooth running. Nothing has been a problem, no question unanswered. I cannot speak highly enough of the service which we have received and would definitely use Miller again, if we were to move house in the future.

Absolutely the most shocking experience with any Customer care Service EVER!!! We recently moved into Kedleston Grange nevertheless after the move we came to realise how shockingly terrible the places have been build. The loft latch door fell down, shower door has been broken for 3 weeks. The lawn looks like its been turfed by a blind person and they had a bunch of 2 year olds paint the house!! So after 3 weeks a very incompetent lady by name Liz phones me to EVENTUALLY do her job and actually book the broken shower door in even though a list of issues has been sent which she just denied. This isnt customer care at all! They have no idea what customer service looks like and the building quality is beyond terrible. They seem to be playing for time until warranty expires!!

We had a fantastic experience from the very start of buying our lovely new build family home. Kelly in the sales team was so friendly and welcoming from the start and very helpful. She helped guide us through all the different stages, and the communication throughout was brill. We was updated regularly and felt welcome as a family at the miller office anytime to ask questions or visit our home we was buying by Kelly and Beth. They were approachable, friendly and great with the children. After moving into our lovely home, we had a visit from Kelly and Tom (site manager) to check in and go through any problems. We then had a lovely welcome meeting from Rachel who went over everything we needed, and gave us her contact number if we needed anything. Since moving in the site workers have been polite and respectful, and if we needed anything they were always happy to help or would ring over to the site manager who would help. Within the first 2 weeks we got a visit from Jason to go over some snags listed, he was fantastic and spent time listening and fixing any issues around the house. He was patient and understanding and went above to help with some issues we had. We still have a few things outstanding to be finished, hopefully the great work from miller so far will continue. OVERALL - Thank you to everyone at MILLER who has helped us along our journey to buying a lovely family home. The staff I have mentioned above have been fantastic and have represented miller amazingly. OUR house is beautiful and we are very Happy!

We have been working with the local site Sales Managers Lisa and Kerry for about 18 months now as we were lucky to be able to choose a plot in the past which is now being built.
