The team in the station Brae development are fantastic. We moved in on the 21st December a stressful time of year but Lynne and Mihai made the experience simple and straight forward. Any small issues we had on the day of moving in both Lynne and Mihai had fixed for us coming back that afternoon which was great. As you would expect with any new build we have had some snagging issues however these are small issues that we would expect. The difference has been that they have been fixed straight away and with no argument. Antonia came to visit us 1 week after being in the proper to complete our walk round with us and the organised the trades people to attend and start works the following week which was fantastic. She has kept in contact with us with updated and to discuss our next 28 day appointment. All in all I would highly recommend the team at Station Brae, buying a house is one of the most stressful things you can do and the team there have made it so easy and effortless and there want to help and make life easier is genuine and not fake ❤️

The ladies in the West Craigs sales office were absolutely brilliant with me, my wife and the kids. They had such a lovely warm attitude towards us. Angela explained absolutely everything you could think off, showed us all options and made sure we completely understood all the variances. They really did make the experience exciting for us and stress free as it’s always such a big decision when buying a house. Couldn’t be happier with the service that we received and I’m really happy they are dealing with our potential new home.

I started looking at miller homes over a year ago and first met Sue. She was so welcoming and friendly and there was never any pressure regarding pushing sales. She invited us to a first time buyer event that was so helpful for us to actually see the steps we needed to take in order to become first time buyers. Sue kept in touch over the next few months not to push any sales but more to see how we were getting on and see if there was anything she could help with. Due to ill health we put the brakes on anything regarding buying a house and Sue was fully understanding and respected our time away from looking. Fast forward 6 months we felt it was time to start looking again. This time we visited a new site and to our delight we found Sue to be part of the sales team at the site along with Hannah. We went through the motions and due to Sue previously spending so much time with us before she knew exactly the house type we would like. When we put a reservation fee down on one house off the plan she said “I really don’t think it’s for you why don’t you go and see it at the show home” and she was right. As soon as we walked in we didn’t feel the layout. Both Sue and Hannah were so supportive and helped us change plot to eventually find the perfect house. The arranged multiple meetings for us to pick our interiors and were very honestly regarding our choices. We have yet to move in and we are hoping to complete by May so my review is not based on the build of the house but solely on the customer service from Sue and Hannah. They made what can be a stressful situation a lot less stress and a lot of fun.
