Should be better

I really love my miller home. However disappointment to find it has cement/pointing defects at only a few years old. Which they advise is my responsibility to resolve. Somewhat concerning on such a new property, especially given it is all in a very obvious line across the back of the property and it should be lasting 25 to 50 years. Poor aftercare.

Painter / decorator David Turner came to fix joints in ceiling and walls caused by normal settling. He came on time, was very friendly, communicated clearly what he was doing, cleaned up really well after himself and did good quality work. Great customer service by miller too.

Good luck! They'll probably sell neighbouring houses for social rent. You'll then end losing up to 16% of your house value instantly and they don't care or take any responsibility. My next door neighbours will be paying double the amount for their mortgage than the social renters in the same or bigger house. Is that fair?
