Chris Smith did a fantastic job at our home. Although the jobs were small his been professional and went the extra mile and fixed some other small bits. I also need to mention that the full experience has been really great and everyone from the sales and builders team (Ella/Elliot/Josh) to after care team (Chris) has done a great job looking after us and our new property ! We bought our first home with Miller and had seven years of being really happy there, having started a family we out grew our first home and decided to look at the new Miller estate at Langley Chase, i dropped in with idea of just being a bit nosey and in no rush on the 31st of March and really liked a particular Plot with the Help of Liz, i immediately went home to tell the wife and explain the benefits of a part exchange and maybe we should look at it. We decided to go for it as it took away the stress of selling our old home and got us quickly into a new home far more suitable for our family needs, when I say quick I mean quick as mentioned initially walking in on the 31st of March we had moved in on the 19th of June! This mainly in part to the help of the fantastic sales team at Langley Chase. Now in any house move it is stressful and scary and more than a few oh my god moments but I have to say a special mention to Liz and Tara who helped us through everything and resolved any issues or concerns super quickly and with the care for us and how stressed we had been thank you for making a big life event as easy as possible.

We had a very useful and interesting visit to your Deer Park development in Farnham this afternoon. Your Sales Consultant Georgina was very helpful and informative and accompanied my wife and I to view Plot 10, which was the particular Briarwood 4-bed house type and plot that we had travelled to see. She also explained what other 4-bed house plots were also still available. She told us what extras were already fitted into the property, what current incentive was available regarding Stamp Duty and our possible use of your Assisted Move scheme regarding the sale of our own house, which is "ready-to-go"to market with a local agent in Guildford where we currently live.

My communication with team (Jackie and Alison) were really good - prompt and professional. My first visit to site was equally good, we were able to see some properties but not the very one I desired but I was able to see what their finishing was and got a close enough feel for what my property of interest might look like. Although we ultimately decided not to proceed with the property, we wanted to recognise the fantastic service we received from Louis throughout the process. Louis was incredibly helpful, approachable and professional from start to finish. He kept us well informed, answered all of our questions and made the whole process feel straightforward, without ever making us feel pressured. Our decision not to proceed was purely due to another property becoming available and was no reflection on the service we received. We genuinely couldn't have asked for more from Louis and would happily recommend him to anyone looking to purchase a property.

Big thankyou to Sam Taylor who came to fix part of our front door, I explained to him at the time we were struggling to get the skirting boards back on in the main bathroom Sam very kindly put them all back on for me which I’m very grateful for! This may mean nothing to him took him all of 10 minutes but small gestures like this deserve recognition. Thankyou again Sam!

We have had excellent service from all the staff. Yvette in the sales office has been a tremendous help and gone above and beyond. Nothing is any trouble for any of the staff. Everyone has been very friendly and sorted everything that we have needed doing. Callum has also been great along with Tom the site manager. 10 out of 10 from me.

We have had a really good experience from start to finish and couldn’t recommend miller homes enough! Caroline was such a pleasure to deal with and went above and beyond for us, Daren from customer care has been amazing and kept on top of everything for us. The site manager James has also gone above and beyond and helped with some snags when passing. Chris and Mark came to do a snag on our door and they were friendly, chatty and very professional, cleaned up after and did a great job. Harry and Greg came and did some snags for us and were amazing a credit to your team couldn’t do enough and we’re really bubbly, professional and cleaned up after too, thank you.
