GoogleLouise and Lizzie are fantastic, I came to them when the tenant I let to privately stopped paying rent, they dealt with her quickly and efficiently and I'm happy to say my tenancy is now run perfectly and with no arrears or issues! I would highly recommend them both!

GoogleAbsolutely wasted my time! Went to view a property which they didn’t inform me was already taken, waited outside the property for 35 minutes and traveled to for an hour before that. To then ring them and they told me it was taken before I rang up.

GoogleSince Jo, started working at the Bishop Auckland Branch she has been nothing short of amazing. Always keeping me up to date and informed as well as advising on what we should do to the property and what wasn't needed. She found a great family to move in and they have signed a 12-month contract!

Sorry you felt the need for this review Keaton - As you state yourself, the landlord could not afford the re-wire. therefore not directly our fault, and we did work with you to find you alternative accommodation. Having said that i am sorry that, that has been your experience with us and i do hope we can gain your trust back?

GoogleAbsolutely dreadful service from Castledene, Stanley. Did not receive the rent for months, had additional charges deducted despite paying for a fully managed service. I don't think they ever visited the property to check on the condition, certainly couldn't tell me when or if they had ever checked the property. Would not support me in court when the tenants had to be evicted. Would warn anyone against using them for letting a property. Since the tenants have been evicted they have been slightly more helpful but I suspect that is because they were trying to get me to either sell it through them or re-let it through them. Not a Chance!!
