GoogleI have used Castledene to manage my 3 small BTL properties for many years and always found them to be very efficient and friendly. The person responsible changes quite frequently but Gemma Beckham has been doing an excellent job over the last 6 months.

GoogleAfter moving from the Stanley office, it seemed for a long time, chaotic to say the least, not helped by a seemingly constant turnover of staff. At present, I'd recommend Castledene, Bishop Auckland as they have greatly improved the customer service thanks principally to today’s team of Jo and Jodi. Since they have been running the Bishop Auckland branch it's vastly improved. Whenever I have reason to call or email about, Jo's on the ball and ready to deal with it in a fast, professionally manner with results & follow-ups and together with Jodi actually keeps one updated every step of the way. In the past l would not have and if it wasn't for Jo and Jodi today I'd probably not be rating Castledene, Bishop Auckland branch with the 5 stars they merit for going that extra mile.
