GoogleI have no hesitation in recommending Louise and her team at the Hartlepool Branch. They have extensive knowledge in the local housing market whether it be sales or lettings.Nothing is too much trouble for them and I have always found them to be very professional in their approach, and friendly when I've dealt with them .

GoogleFantastic team! Louise lives and breathes sales and lettings. Choosing Castledene Hartlepool - your in safe hands with Louise steering this ship.

GoogleLovely set of workers at the branch. Managed to chase everything up for me had me in my new place in 3 weeks. Banter across the board and when it came to getting my keys had everything explained to me in detail and in and out before the ticket man had my car in his sights :) thanks very much ladies

GoogleFabulous customer service, Louise was really helpful from start to finish. I particularly like the videos they make to promote the houses they are selling. Very professional, would highly recommend.

GoogleI have visited Castledene Sales and Lettings quite a few times and without exception have found Louise and her team friendly, knowledgable and obliging. In this day of generally poor customer service it is makes a refreshing change to interact with such a engaging, informative and professional team.

GoogleWhat can I say other than fantastic!!!! The service I have received from Sarah and the team has been superb, from start to finish. I've used other agents in the past and they just don't compare. I'm a very happy landlord!

GoogleA 5-star review from me to Castledene and in particular to Lilly who has always been professional and super efficient. As a landlord I found Castledene to be very reasonable and offer great advice when required. Would recommend to others.

GoogleCastledene estate agents were very polite, professional and friendly. Julia especially was very straight forward, helpful and went the extra mile in her efforts to ensure both parties came to a resolution. Julia is very knowledgeable and I can't sing her praises enough. We go to pick the new keys up tomorrow morning to our new house.
Thanks Elaine
