GoogleWhen Castledene started managing one of my properties a few years ago, the service was a bit meh. However, it has improved considerably over the years. Most of the credit goes to Jo, who's proven to be an exceptional relationship manager. Keep it up!

GoogleThis particular branch is great. I've been serviced by other branches of Castledene in the past but have not had good experiences with them. I presently am being looked after by a capable young lady called Gemma who has always been courteous and proactive.

GoogleLetting property is never without its problems but I have found Castledene to be responsive and certainly a big improvement my previous letting agent. Gemma at the Bishop Auckland branch was allocated my properties a while back - she is always very helpful, approachable and a pleasure to deal with.

GoogleAbsolutely wasted my time! Went to view a property which they didn’t inform me was already taken, waited outside the property for 35 minutes and traveled to for an hour before that. To then ring them and they told me it was taken before I rang up.
Sorry about this Jade, but appreciate the feedback and we have improved our processes so this doesn't happen again - no excuse for it, apologies once again - thanks
