We have had excellent service from all the staff. Yvette in the sales office has been a tremendous help and gone above and beyond. Nothing is any trouble for any of the staff. Everyone has been very friendly and sorted everything that we have needed doing. Callum has also been great along with Tom the site manager. 10 out of 10 from me.

We have had a really good experience from start to finish and couldn’t recommend miller homes enough! Caroline was such a pleasure to deal with and went above and beyond for us, Daren from customer care has been amazing and kept on top of everything for us. The site manager James has also gone above and beyond and helped with some snags when passing. Chris and Mark came to do a snag on our door and they were friendly, chatty and very professional, cleaned up after and did a great job. Harry and Greg came and did some snags for us and were amazing a credit to your team couldn’t do enough and we’re really bubbly, professional and cleaned up after too, thank you.

Chirs came out to do some painting touch ups in toilet and replace a kitchen cupboard he asked whilst he was here if there was anything else. He touched up on all doors that were needing doing and we asked if it was possible to take 1 door up as when had the carpet fitted by a company there was only 1 door that was really difficult and he very kindly did so which was beyond appreciated. He went above and beyond for us

I really love my miller home. However disappointment to find it has cement/pointing defects at only a few years old. Which they advise is my responsibility to resolve. Somewhat concerning on such a new property, especially given it is all in a very obvious line across the back of the property and it should be lasting 25 to 50 years. Poor aftercare.
