Winton View in Tranent boast the great expertise from Paula and Iain in the Sales office. They both bounce off each other seamlessly not only making us feel welcome but that we are the most important people. Paula was great with my son, asking him questions and getting him involved in the excitement of looking at new homes. They even had an EasterEgg to share after doing colouring in to keep him occupied. I feel confident in Miller with Paula & Iain looking after us while we wait for our dream home.

Visited Minerva heights for the first time. I booked my appointment online and was contacted by David to confirm my requirements and my appointment time. I met Kat in the sales office for my appointment who was really helpful and knowledgeable of the site. David took me down to view a view home on site which was very well presented. When I got back to the office Kat has printed out some plans for me to take home so I could digest everything.Both were very helpful and sensitive to my situation. Iain at Winton View

When visiting Winton View in Tranent, Iain was very attentive. I am moving back north of the border and he made me feel at ease. Having thought the whole thing would be a stress, he showed me that it didn't have to be. I did meet the site agent and he explained his build process as its very different to what I am used to. The only thing is the house the same as the show-home is not available yet so I have to wait. I will be coming back and hope to keep the review up to date with my experience.

Amazing Customer Service - Oakwood Grange

We have recently been interested in a plot on the Oakwood Grange development in Newcastle. From the moment we registered our interest, Hannah was extremely welcoming. Although we did speak with Sue on a couple of occasions (who was also brilliant and gave us lots of helpful advice), we mainly dealt with Hannah. Hannah knew exactly what we wanted and went above and beyond to help us secure our forever home. We did not have a straight forward experience with selling our current home; it was actually a very stressful process. However, Hannah made it as stress free as she could from her end and did her utmost to help. The whole experience was extremely personal, and even on occasions when we did not speak with Hannah directly, every other member of staff was fully aware of our situation and was able to answer any questions we had / provide us with advice. This made us feel like everything within the office was communicated effectively and avoided us having to explain our situation over and over again if we spoke to a different member of staff in the office. I cannot thank the Oakwood Grange team enough for their service.
