I visited the fairway site with a friend after a recommendation. We was only going to see what was on offer as my friend was overwhelmed with the house hunting process. Hannah spent some time with us answering all our question nothing was too much and suggested different options that suited my friends needs. We left with enough information and the offer of a follow up once we have digested. no pushy sales just information that we needed. Hannah was helpful and professional whilst respecting we where not necessarily in a place to commit.

Me and my girlfriend are going to be moving into our first home at the end of the month. We are so excited and personally want to thank Ellie for all the hard work she’s put in to making our experience as easy and enjoyable as possible! Even when she was ill or inundated with work she made sure to keep in contact and give us updates. All of those involved have been amazing. Lloyd, the site manager, (who I'm sure is super busy) made sure to say hi and ask us if we need anything every time we visited. Ash, the deputy site manager, was super helpful and patient with us while we snagged the house. And once again, Ellie, who from start to finish has been a dream. :)
