When we bought a new build from Barratt we promised ourselves we’d never buy a new build again as the build was poor and the customer service was non existent. But the experience with miller could not be more different, the house is fantastic and the customer service is out of this world - absolutely terrific. Most of our experience was so positive thanks to Eleanor and Franny, they are wonderful people. Eleanor provided great support, no sales pressure but lots of help to get us moved… she’s amazing! Franny’s attention to detail is brilliant, even the snagging company that we used commented on how ‘proactive’ he was. He understood it was a huge purchase and wanted it to be perfect.They are both doing a wonderful job. If it was my company I’d have the two of them training others but maybe that’s the teacher in me! We’ve now found that the two of them have a reputation in Newton farm, people want to use them and have that great experience so hopefully they are on the Drumsagard build and we can send friends to them! We can’t thank them enough. We hope they get a pay rise or a bumper bonus for their work… it’s well deserved.

Chris is experienced and friendly. He has immediately coordinated the electrician to help fixing the dish washer issue. He has also went extra miles to help fixing some minor defects and give us detail advice on our house.
