WOW, we have had the most amazing and positive experience at Cleve Wood, Thornbury. Firstly this is a beautiful development offering lots of green spaces, allotments and a variety of stunning properties. However, what really made our visit was that we were really blown away by the incredible service provided by Kerry Ritchie in their sales office. We arrived with no appointment but received a very warm and professional welcome from Kerry. Kerry took time to understand our needs and also talked us through the available plots and timescales. Kerry also kindly stayed after business hours so we could meet at the site after we finished work and view one of the almost completed homes. It truly is an amazing development and so refreshing to receive such professional and efficient service. We are smitten with the development and if, like us, you are looking for modern and energy efficient living then do visit the development - you won't be disappointed.

I recently bought a house with miller homes at Hartside View and have to say from expressing an interest through to moving in the service has been amazing. Even now we have moved in customer services are still on board to ensure everything is 100% with any minor snags being resolved in no time. The staff have been amazing in the sales department, customer services and the builders going that extra mile to ensure our home is just right! I love my miller home and would recommend miller to anyone wanting to buy a new build. Thank you to all at Miller!!

We had a snagging issue with our kicthen plasterboard that had to be replaced, plastered and painted, we had to wait a few months for this but the joiner and painter (David) sent by customer services to sort it were excellent. David done a fantasic job and ensured our walls were like knew and painted with our required paint.
