Happy First time buyers!

This was our very first buy, not to forget a purchase off the plan, and it couldn’t have gone smoother. Starting from the initial days of scouting till handover of keys, Liz and Caroline have been rock solid guides in choosing and with the subsequent legal procedures. We knew we were in good hands while opting for upgrades as they both came with a lot of experience and helped us through it. They have always been approachable, leaving no room for doubts , clarifying them as and when they arose. Despite this being a serious stage of our lives, Caroline and Liz kept us relaxed and sometimes in splits with their sense of humour! :D They still continue to be a part of our journey as we settle in to our new home, checking on us regularly making sure we were comfortable. Adrian , the site manager was our go to man for all doubts technical. He had in-depth knowledge of everything that goes into building a house. We had the opportunity of meeting him twice, once at the beginning before installation of options and again at the demonstration meeting in the end. He was always reachable and accommodated our requests beautifully. All in all, thanks to this wonderful team, our experience with buying our first house and moving into it has been nothing short of a dream. Our heartfelt gratitude to these hardworking guys.

Liz and Caroline have been so lovely at Hackwood Park :)

We’ve been in our new home for 6 months now at Hackwood Park in Mickleover and the whole process from the very beginning has been such a joy and such ease. We were looking at buying a home at leven mill and Margaret was the sales manager there. From the moment we walked into the sales office she was friendly, bubbly and so easy to talk to. It was like buying a house of an old friend tbh. We ultimately didn’t buy the house we wanted (nothing to do with Margaret, or miller homes. The house was actually perfect, but mortgage rates : terms weren’t in our favour) but I would 1000% go back to miller homes / Margaret if our position changes in the future. Margaret kept us fully informed of each step, was very helpful with any questions we had and helped us feel confident during our reservation meetings, and viewings of the house. A very positive experience from start to finish, even if we didn’t even buy at the end of the day!
