We are absolutely over the moon with the exceptional service Kerry provided us with our move to Cleve Wood. During the process we encountered issues with our buyers solicitors slowing down the process and Kerry went above and beyond to rectify and solve issues to kept us promptly exchanged and moved in within 8 weeks. Each phone call I had thorough explanations and was always kept up to date.Our home is so lovely and we are really happy with the location of where we are.

Pre-plaster tour of my new home with Abdul and Josh. Absolutely fantastic experience to see the ‘bones’ of the property and appreciate all the hard work that goes into making it a home. Explanation of pipe work, electrical system etc and the additional features the builders have added to assist future works was just brilliant. Cannot wait until it is all finished and I can move in. Jordan, Wayne and Grant also took the time to explain steps and what we needed to know about our new house. Antonia our Customer Care person, has also been very helpful with any of the snagging issues which have been minor and dealt with efficiently since moving in. We are settling in to our new home and really pleased with the high standard of finish.
