Currently in the process of buying a new house at Portside Village in Middlesbrough. Alison has been extremely helpful, whether it be in person, by phone or by email. She has made the process simple and straightforward, giving us time to make decisions without pressure, whilst providing us with insights we may not have considered when purchasing our first home. We have visited a number of sites within the area to look at the variety of show homes, which has been invaluable in our house choice. All the staff have been extremely welcoming when doing so.
