Megan, Gail and Aaron are a credit to Carberry Grange!

We had a great experience with both Megan and Gail at Carberry Grange. Our journey started with Gail showing us a property style we had previously dismissed from online floorplans which we ended up liking very much. We were still swithering between this house and another at a different development but Gail really made us feel like she was on our side when it came to exploring our options and being understanding with our situation. Gail then went off and Megan took over the handling. Megan helped us finally decide to purchase this property at Carberry Grange and helped us through the process with how things worked, options, what schemes we were eligible for, extra incentives etc which was a huge help. I can be quite anxious and have a need to know what is going on at any time which Megan (and Catherine who has been at the sales office in Gail's absence) were very understanding about and extremely patient with me! On our last few days before move in and on our move in date itself Megan was a godsend being reassuring, helpful, understanding etc!I'd also like to give a mention to Assistant Site Manager Aaron - he has been so helpful, accommodating with our appointments, knowledgeable etc.. And I would say the fact our snagging list (even with a fussy joiner partner who notices everything) was very minimal is a credit to him. He really knows what he is talking about and is great to have on site.

I visited the Calders with my wife as were looking for a new home. We did not have an appointment, but was greeted by a lady called Jo and her colleague Andy. Both very friendly and helpful. We wanted to see inside a 3 bedroom house but Jo didn't have one we could view although she told us there was one in Liverpool at there Wilbury Park development.My wife and I drove to Wilbury Park, again with a very friendly greeting from Debbie and Jess who kindly showed us around. We feel everyone that we met on Saturday went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable even though we've only just started looking for a new house, there was no pressure, but a lot of good advice given to us.
