We managed to complete and move in within just under 8 weeks and the process was relatively stress free. We were always kept informed along the way and the sales team were friendly and proactive in dealing with any enquires or concerns we had. Legally the purchase side of things had no undue delays so that was a positive. Would definitely recommend.

The support we've received during our home move has been nothing short of outstanding. From reservation to move in day, everything that could be done to help and support us was done with no questions asked. Numerous extensions for exchange of contracts were never questioned as we dealt with issues on our old property. By far the best buying experience we've had on a new build...and we've had a few!!

Overall I was ok with the house. Although we had lots of issues with our garden and lack of drainage. The finishing of the site, roads, paths and SUDS area has been abysmal. 3 years on and it’s still unfinished. As an estate we have emailed/telephoned etc but nothing works.
