Myself and my partner Luke would like to give a very big thankyou to Julie and Audra at Rowan Park. From the minute we entered the office they have been absolutely fabulous. As first time buyers we have very little knowledge on the process of buying a home so had many questions that Julie and Audra answered perfectly (no matter how many times I asked the same ones). We had our progress meeting yesterday and everything was great and how we requested in our previous meeting. I have been very impressed with the follow up service. Mark Truesdale was friendly and professional. He took his time listening to the areas I thought needed attention, recording the information and gave me a clear description of the way forward. It is unusual to come across people as efficient and effective as Mark. Such people engender confidence. In short they make the entire experience of buying a new home positive.

Alex the joiner came to sort an internal door that was sticking and also a crack in the wall above. He arrived promptly, was polite and friendly. He listened to our concerns, investigated and then explained what he was going to do to. The repair was done in about an hour and half and the end result was perfect. We are so made up, thank you Alex

Where do I start. from start to finish all I experienced was not first class but VIP treatment. All the staff were genuine, sincere and understanding particularly Alison, Margaret alongside Alan, Mike and all the lads. I have never bought a new home not only up to this fabulous build quality but after care second to none. I would highly recommend without hesitation.

Bought a house just outside of 2 years at Halewood, Liverpool. Gardens have drainage issue on the same street. NHBC don't cover it however just being outside of 2 years they wouldn't help despite being known. Neighbour has same issue but happy to help them and I'm being left out.Spent 300k to have problems. If I knew they were unhelpful I wouldn't have bought. Affecting wellbeing and they just don't care.Avoid.

GoogleI've used this company for property rentals and house sale. Charlotte and Ben always keep me up to date with any information. Efficient with paperwork and legal requirements, which can be mind-boggling when renting a property out. Always friendly, quick to respond to any concerns.

Beautifully designed and well built houses. Even though I bought from another builder in the end, I was very impressed with the helpful and friendly sales staff - particularly Sue at The Paddock who bent over backwards to help me in every way possible. Choosing a house to buy can be a very stressful experience and Sue's competence made it both fun and relaxing.

Met with Pam at the Lambton site last weekend. In my working life I deal with a lot of housebuilders and therefore Sales Negotiators and can honestly say Pam was by far and away the best i have ever dealt with. She took her time to show us around two properties, was very knowledgeable about the area and the product she was selling. I was impressed that when she encountered the residents she knew them all by first name and their reaction to Pam was evidence she is liked and respected.

TrustpilotAvoid Miller’s stick to the larger house builders!
Miller builders moan about having to complete the snag list like children. I have been patient and overlooked some smaller defects with site staff to maintain a good relationship, the first snag list had over 100 items and when I got them back out over 20 items had not been completed when they said they had completed the full list! After botching the landscaping they are standing by their cowboy contractor. Having spoken with the site team they have said millers spend the bare minimum on landscaping so don’t expect much. A local contractor was horrified by the initial rotate and rake, I should have listened and not let them anywhere near my garden. They refuse to rectify even though I have had loss of enjoyment and a very large water bill!
