Had a house and soon after their 2 year…

Had a house and soon after their 2 year warranty finishes there was a massive leak from the bath tub and it cracked all the walls in our dining room downstairs. Cheap work I reckon. Did pay plumber and the plastering team over a total of 1500. Never recommend this builders as we get cheaper house with more quality than this. Sorry very much frustrated. They have a cool explanation that it is over two years. That is true but what kind of a work was that to make this downstairs this much worse. Well done company and the engineer and the customer care.

Mark dealt with the issue with the staining of our rear door sill very professionally. He explained what he was going to do and what he was looking for. He completed a thorough clean of the sill and left it in an “as new” condition. We are very pleased with the result and the advice Mark gave about future care of the door sills.

Having visited the Minerva Heights…

Having visited the Minerva Heights sales office on Sunday during a tour of several new housing estates in this area, we were greeted warmly by Jason who answered all of our questions and even walked us down to a part of the development that we were asking about. Despite us not being in a position to purchase presently, Jason gave us his full attention and really sold the Miller proposition. He has certainly secured our future interest and is clearly an asset to the company. We will be back when we have resolved a few complications our end. Thank you for your time and trouble Jason.

Genuine sales guy

You expect sales people to be pushy and annoying but Gareth Todd isn't either . When we discussed the cost of the new builds he knew our budget and therefore only talked about potential properties that we could realistically go for, and because he was like this, we are seriously considering anew build. He also knows the area inside out and because he is a local lad, he is genuine in his encouragement of getting folk to move to this area. Right person for this type of job I'd say.

Absolutely shocking company. Condensation drips from the ceiling on cold days. Confirmed by the NHBC that the insulation was installed incorrectly at build but unable to enforce them to put it right. The 10 year guarantee isn’t worth the paper it’s written on. Miller not interested in sorting this, first reported in year 4 where a bodge job was done cutting into the ceiling then in year 8/9 had no interest, they didn’t even attend when the NHBC came even though they were asked to. All Miller said when informed I may take it legal was they would put their lawyers on standby.
