I’ve always a bit hesitant of new build. After all you only hear the horror stories. But miller had built something in a great location with a perfect layout so we went for it.We are delighted with our new home. Julie from miller homes was really clear and kept us well informed. Buying the house was a very smooth process. Inevitably after moving in we found a few flaws but miller out these right without any argument or hesitation. In my opinion the flaws were the result of contractors rushing or not taking care on the job. I think miller should be a bit more on top of quality during the build phase when it comes to external contractors. I can’t argue since miller put the issues right quickly but it would have been easier and cheaper for miller if the contractors had done things right in the first place.It was nothing major though but for example. There was a cracked tile in the bathroom. It was obvious. The contractor who fit the shower would have been aware they had cracked the tile during the install. If they had put their hand up there and then and just been given the time to fix it. But instead they ignored it and then it became a bigger job to fix after we had moved in. All fixed now, but millers could have saved themselves some money and us some hassle by ensuring contractors are given the time and freedom to bring things up during the build phase and put them right.

I will give miller Homes five stars. The process of buying was so smooth. We were first time buyers that didn’t know what we were doing. The sales manager Linda at Victoria Wynd Kirkcaldy walked us through all the process. She was really professional, kind and she took her time to explain everything in details. After completion we were put through to customer care for visits. They booked a visit after the first 7 days of completion. All minor issues we reported are being dealt with promptly. We are still in the process with customer care. But the experience has been smooth, thanks to Evaldas, the customer support manager in charge of our home. I would definitely recommend miller homes to all my friends looking to buy.

We bought a Miller Home in 2021 and our initial experience with their Customer Service Department was poor. However, more recently, we have engaged with the West Midlands Customer Service Department. The manager there, Jody Gordon, has been absolutely fantastic. We had an ongoing problem with the installation of our water tank and whilst it did take a little time to finally get resolved, the customer service team maintained communication with us throughout arranging for the relevant contractors to attend, at times that were convenient to us. Nothing was too much of a problem for them. There have been follow up calls and reassurance. They have been impressive and its been a remarkable turnaround from the service we initially received. Thank you.

What an amazing experience from start to finish - from the first meeting with Margaret (who sold the Miller brand to us), through the many times we visited the site to make sure it was the right one for us, to when we reserved on-line. Very friendly team in the sales office, whether it was face to face or via email/telephone, nothing was too much bother.The move in, had the site manager waiting for us to give us the home demonstration, through to Margaret doing the house walk through and Jane who supported all the way through as well.We have been very impressed with Miller with our purchase.
